My sister and I were looking for a beach in Buzios which allowed us to sit in peace without constantly being hounded by people trying to rent chairs and sell souvenirs. Ferradura was our favourite; quiet enough to lounge on the sand in peace, but lively enough to walk a few metres to a stall selling freshly cooked sweetcorn. The beach, (named after a horseshoe, due to its shape) has quiet, calm water, and a secluded location. Recommended.
