We wandered into Cais De Gaia our first night in Buzios. After a long day of traveling, it was great to be welcomed by Joel (owner) and his sister Joanna with open arms. The food, particularly the cod balls, was excellent. Additionally, after cooking Joel went so far as to walk us through a map of Buzios, pointing out the worthwhile sites and offering his cell phone number for questions/translating. A+, recommend.
