This resort has beautiful views, great location, variety of food, lots of entertainment, etc.
Food is not included, unless it’s part of your package; to go to the beach is not easy, you have to go downstairs. Would not recommend for persons with disabilities. You can take several tours. The prices are reasonable .
Front Desk employees need training. They gave us the keys for room that was not cleaned.....lots of hair on the bed....then, we were finally moved. Not impressed with Housekeeping or Maintenance at all. The restaurant employees don’t communicate with the Front Desk and get all stressed out when trying to figure out who you are..... food was very good but, some plates had Dende's oil and that can make you ill.
Please ask the cook or the chef. From all the employees, there is one that works at the piscina's bar that was outstanding and wear glasses.....can not remember his name.

I got a wonderful time with my wife and daughter during a holiday weekend. It has a fantastic swimming pool, kids activities, games, high quality meal with different kinds of restaurants. However they allow explicit sex at sauna into the gym, it’s very dangerous for whoever worries about the kids. The localization is great if you want to visit Ponta Negra downtown, UBER is the best option to get there.

The Ocean Palace mainly is an all-inclusive family resort with wonderful pool and water activities as well as direct beach access to the Atlantic. The staff was friendly and even though English wasn't widely spoken by the staff, I was able to get around fairly well.

The room more than adequate and the hot water and shower was great. Breakfast was good and room service was fast. I was staying while on in Natal on business, so I was unable to sample the recreation, but it seemed fun, fine and varied.

Great place for a family trip. Needs a little remodel, but attentive staff, great location, and good value for money. Definitely worth visiting if you have young children. Also it is walking distance from the restaurant Camarões, which is definitely worth a visit if you like shrimp

Ocean palace is located at the end of the main road to natal, right on the beach, making it one of the closest resorts to the restaurants and shops.

They have designed a wonderful pool area featuring countless warm adult pools with jets, shallow children's pools, swimming pools and even a lazy river, all twisting and turning between grassy areas and palm trees.

Plenty of tables, chairs and sun beds make the pool area a great place to spend the day! Enjoy a fruity cocktail, lunch or a delicious gelato pop by the pool - there's really no need to leave!

The rooms are large and well appointed with beautiful balconies overlooking the ocean and Natal's famous Morro to Careca.

The hotel has a great spa, gym and sauna with tons of equipment. There's a daily breakfast buffet with everything you can imagine as well and two great restaurants for dinner, one sushi using fresh caught fish and a French restaurant with an fantastic selection of fresh foods and a top wine selection.

The staff is friendly and helpful in arranging day trips to many of the unique activities around natal.

During our short stay we took a dune buggy ride through the dunes, rode camels, drove 4x4's and ziplined.

I highly recommend this hotel for a great family vacation!
