We stayed at the Teewinot Lodge for one night in July for Targhee Fest. The property, facilities and room all aligned with expectations - great view, nice rustic feel, plenty of options for things to do other than the concert. The check in process was vague to say the least, no welcome just a "sign here and card for incidentals" and a point in the direction of the room, which unless you've been here before the property is quite large and can be deceiving. Room was well appointed and comfortable, great beds. what really soured the whole experience was the Branding Iron for Lunch. The hostess Ana at first refused to seat us because she thought they were closed despite having 3 other covers seated outside. It was 11am and we arrived for Lunch, no reason to not seat someone especially when there are other parties eating Lunch. We then had Mike the server - all in all, just not the best fit for F&B. Seemingly unaware of his surroundings, no drink menu, no refills and no reason to have a 30 minute ticket time for a 2 top, although the food was good. The location and the activities brought me to your resort but its your staff that will make me question my return.
