estacao marupiara is easy to find in the little village of 'joaquim egidio' . the ambiance is peaceful and very green, nicely decorated with rustic and natural elements, many colors all expressing brasil's beautiful countryside. the food also focus on national tastes and spices; a good variety of salads, meat, fish dishes and sweets, there,is something for every taste.
I went to have lunch on a saturday and i was lucky to find a table without reservation. the place is always busy on weekends, they also have life mpb (musica popular brasileira) and bossa nova and brazilian jazz, etc...superb music.
the best part: the restaurant has a place for kids, and nannies that will keep them busy playing and feeding the little monkeys while you enjoy your drink and food.
