We were just looking for somewhere to have a quick but nice lunch and this place was okay on our first visit, but we were not quite as lucky the second time we went.
On our first trip the picanha was tender and cooked perfectly and we really enjoyed it but when we went back a few days later, it was a completely different story; the meat was tough, very fatty and over cooked.
The salad portions are large but the content not particularly interesting. There is a large variety in the grilled vegetables but some were under cooked and inedible. The wine, both times, tasted like it had been opened for too long and was not very nice.
The overall decor is nice with exposed brick walls and high glass ceilings and it is a good setting for a business lunch (which is the majority of its clientele). They had a live piano player which was a nice addition to the atmosphere.
The staff was not rude but not friendly either and definitely not very helpful.
Thank goodness for the the papaya cream desert (again the first time it was good, the second time we went it was half melted and warm by the time we got it) otherwise we would have left very unhappy customers.
