We were just looking for somewhere to have a quick but nice lunch and this place was okay on our first visit, but we were not quite as lucky the second time we went.

On our first trip the picanha was tender and cooked perfectly and we really enjoyed it but when we went back a few days later, it was a completely different story; the meat was tough, very fatty and over cooked.
The salad portions are large but the content not particularly interesting. There is a large variety in the grilled vegetables but some were under cooked and inedible. The wine, both times, tasted like it had been opened for too long and was not very nice.

The overall decor is nice with exposed brick walls and high glass ceilings and it is a good setting for a business lunch (which is the majority of its clientele). They had a live piano player which was a nice addition to the atmosphere.

The staff was not rude but not friendly either and definitely not very helpful.

Thank goodness for the the papaya cream desert (again the first time it was good, the second time we went it was half melted and warm by the time we got it) otherwise we would have left very unhappy customers.

Had dinner with a business colleague here on a weekday night. Service was quite attentive (as opposed to some of the other reviewers' experience). Wine list and menu were extensive and offer plenty of choice. Good selection of malbec from the mendosa region of Argentina. Serving size was quite plentiful - bordering on too much food actually for the sides.

It's a meat restaurant and they didn't have 3 main types of meat, including picanha. Service was terrible, except for one waiter (middle aged, balding on top of head) who was very very nice and polite. The maitre was very rude and lacked minimum sense of politeness.
Very disappointing experience, never going back.

Bad service, long wait for service and cold food. Ordered 2 dishes for me and my wife. After a long wait they brought just 1 of the dishes, incomplete, cold meat and cold fries. We complained and after some time, they brought back the 2 dishes, but again cold food. Hard to understand how a steakhouse can serve cold meat!

After asking for the bill, they took 15 minutes more to bring the check and take used dishes out of the table. left the check and never came back to receive the payment. Then I decided to go to the cashier to pay and leave..

Overall, pretty bad experience and I'll never return to this restaurant.
