If you are looking for a place in the middle of the hip and alternative night life of SP this is it. The hotel offers great value. Mini apartments with small kitchens, cleaning each day, good enough breakfast and a tiny roof top pool. You are a few steps from where the hip, queer and alternative SP is happening and within walking distance (maximum 30 min) from both Avenida Paulista and downtown. A number of great restaurants just a few streets away. As well as a gay shopping mall (!) with a movie theatre. The apartments facing Rua Augusta, especially on the lower floors are extremely noisy in the summer when everyone keeps partying on the side walks until early morning. Still, we slept well with ear plugs.

The hotel is situated at centre of the city and a good place with connectivity to all the areas. Weekends are really good with a very good night life

The price is affordable with complimentary breakfast buffet.

This is a reasonably priced hotel, fairly close to downtown SP and the Paulista Avenue area. Breakfast is very good, the room are large, with a small living area and kitchen. Wifi is useless, do not count on it and staff is not that great. But overall it can be a reasonable choice for budget travellers.

Room Tip: Higher floors are better, lower ones tend to be a bit dark.

stayed here for 2 weeks. following are the positives

1. Spacious Apartments. Simply loved them all. kitchen facility, good bathroom, living room and a good bedroom.
2. Very good Wi-Fi service
3. Staff at reception speak English. (all those who don't speak Portuguese, this is a very important thing to consider)
4. There is a conference room to conduct meetings.
5. There is a departmental store right opposite - Dia. Very very helpful.
6. In close proximity to Paulista Avenue, which is the business center of Sao Paulo.

Negative -
1. Neighborhood is not that great. However, if you are watchful of yourself, you would be fine. The bar right next to hotel has bad crowd at times.
2. Gym and Pool are for namesake. Tiny pool on the roof top and a make-shift Gym.

overall, if you come to SP for a long stay, i would definitely recommend this hotel

Room Tip: Take the rooms facing the main road. they have a nice cute balcony attached with the bedrooms. I stayed in Room No. 42. Great room.
