The hotel is clean, modern and has a very friendly staff.

The breakfast is tasty, providing scrambled eggs, chicken nuggets, croq monsieur and cheese bread balls as the hot option. Then various cereals, cold meats, cheeses, chocolate cake, various breads and pastries for cold options.

Wifi is available in lobby and also the bedrooms. The bedrooms are pretty standard affairs.

Location wise, it depends on where you are looking to go. As Sao Paulo is an unbelieveably massive city, you could be close or hours from your destination. My taxi journey from the airport took 4 and a half hours, but I'm told it usually takes between 40 minutes to an hour. I was just unlucky enough to hit the worst traffic my driver said he'd seen in his years driving in the city.

The financial center (Av Paulista) and trendy shopping areas (Jardins) are about £10 for a taxi to take you there.

Room Tip: Go for an even numbered room as they have a better view over the city. The odd numbered rooms look o...

I was really pleased with the the Novotel and the service offered by the staff was extremely good. I only stayed here two nights and was really pleased especially compared to other hotels in Morumbi and what they charge.

The hotel is great! Eco friend, great outdoor area, wonderful food and a unforgettable staff. The breakfast is delicious, the room is clear and functional, and Internet works well in the property.
I recommend specially if you have children!
Thank you team Novotel for making my stay great :-)

The location is good, near malls. The rooms are confortable, but a little small. What I really didn't like is that I've called the hotel two days before my stay asking them to leave a bottle of sparkling wine in my room for my arrival as a surprise for my wife, the front desk told me they would check if they could do that and would call me back anyway. Well, I'm still waiting for the call and asking myself what's the big deal in a bottle of wine that they couldn't fullfil my request. In resume, service isn't good, but there isn't many options in the area.

Located in the residential area of Morumbi on the hill above the new Octavio Frias bridge, with spectacular views of the city. The rooms are quite small by Novotel standards, but the big swimming pool and deck offer a relaxing environment with great views. Because it’s in a residential area, you’ll need to rely on taxis to take you everywhere, and restaurant options are limited in the surrounding neighborhood.

In the expensive city of Sao Paulo, if you don't have a major reason to stay in a trendy or a sophisticated hotel, Novotel Morumbi is a reliable choice. Small but clean rooms, very small bathroom, acceptable services, restaurant and breakfast. Wireless internet connection works well.
Regarding its location, i suggest it mainly if you are going to work in the southern part of the city.

This is a novotel in the lobby and in the restaurant, but when you get inside the room you may fell you were misled for a mercure or even an ibis. At least the breakfast is very good and the Staff is very kind and attentive. There is free wi-fi in all the hotel.
