The hotel has a nice lobby with a great view from its elevator. I got the execute room, and it was comfortable, clean and modern. The bed was really big, and the room also great. The morning breakfast ware just fine too, with fruits, juices and a lot of kinds of breads, cakes and other things.

They have a private parking service for free for those who stay at the hote. The staff were polite and they also have a nice gym. The location is really great, next to two big shopping and to other important things in São Paulo.

I recommend it.

Internet was reliable & the hotel rooms are pretty good in size.

There are plenty of good restaurants in the area & breakfast affected was really sufficient. We had dinner at the restaurant, it's quite acceptable.

Most important is it is safe. Bell staff are exceptionally helpful. Saw I was struggling with my internet password & tried to help. Front desk just assumed that no further help required. I actually hope the front desk staff could be as eager to help. Bell staff is equivalent to 5-star hotel

In general I believe paying 200 USD $ night is too much... Brazil is very expensive for value/price anyway!

The rooms was perfect. 16th floor with nice view. Bottled water in my room was a VERY NICE detail. Nice modern decor »»» breakfast is complete and good! A must to start a business day... »» Mayara, Rodrigo and Paulo at the bar ARE GREAT! Mayara thought me how to make Caipirihnas with different fruits, and the boys ver friendly and kind too. »»» good location with dining optiins in the same neighborhood. Shopping mall at just 3 blocks away »»» Reception staff is helpful but not everybody is on the same mood, sadly. I asked for a 3:30AM wake-up call and never rang! The guy at the reception simply apologized and marked the control sheet as if he actually did it! Can't believe it still - I almost lost my international flight if it wasn't for the taxi driver

Will I come back? hmmm... probably
Do I recommend it? yes, as long as you don't need a VITAL WAKE-UP CALL

the hotel has a good location if you have an office in Moema. Was staying in a superior room which by brazilian standards was quite good and up to date - seems to be have been refurbished recently.

main let down was the wifi - even though it was free always going down. and also the breakfast service was poor. on all three morning i had to wait until cold milk was put out for the cereal - the quality of the food was not impressive. there was no one offereing coffee or tea - there was no one even cleaning the tables.

the quality of the rooms are ok - however service is under par for a 4 star hotel with lots of competition in the vicinty

Stayed there 6 nights during my exhibition in Imıgrantes. The location is very good. Its not the most luxurious neighborhood in town but there are many restaurants and bars around. Also the Mall Iburapuera is very close by. It takes only 15 minutes to Congonhas Airport.

Other than these, all the services are basic. I cant complain since this is what Park Inn promises. The rooms are outdated and needs urgent renovation. The staff is generally friendly and helpful but most of them dont speak English.

Location is very convenient, close to Congonhas Airport and some good restaurants. Unfortunately that is the only thing I can say was good during the night I spent there. The hotel is in a desperately need for a renovation. But what really gets me was the reception: 45 minutes waiting for a room! The room I got was spacious, but extremely impersonal and faceless (even for a hotel) and the rug was utterly old and also a little bit dirty. I have no words to exactly describe the bathroom. Sanitary metal fittings were at least not in good shape, as well as towels. Finally, bathing myself with cold water early in the morning was definitely not a happy ending for my stay. PS: With the exception of the orange cake (in fact it was a passion fruit cake), breakfast, which is served in a beautiful salon, was okay.

I stayed at the Park Inn to attend a recent expo at the TransAmerica Centre. Good location in Moema - a upmarket neighbourhood of the city. Shopping within close proximity of the hotel, Italian restaurant across the road is good. The park is a good 15-20 minute walk beside a busy road, but worth visiting.

The hotel is fairly clean and tidy, I stayed in a suite which provided more space to work with a desk and table and chairs. Very comfortable bed, slept like a log despite the traffic outside. I had some initial problems with the room key, but the staff quickly resolved. The indoor lap pool is fine, and the fitness equipment looked modern and well used. The restaurant breakfast was fine, if limited.

Staff were helpful and friendly - good first experience of Brazil and Sao Paulo.
