Have I stayed in better hotels...definitely yes, have I had better food...perhaps...but have I experienced better service?? NEVER!!! It was really palpable..the wonderful, friendly warmth that all the staff at the Grand Hyatt exuded and you are constantly left wondering "what next".

The 5 nights that I stayed was a bit of a revelation.... in terms of how every staff member, right from the GM, the bell boys, the front office crew, the waiters at breakfast to the house keeping staff, gave so totally of themselves to the well being of the guests...almost yogic in nature.

The rooms were nicely appointed and great...the bathrooms more so...the rain shower was a big help in the sultry weather condition. The quality of fare at the breakfast was varied and of great quality.,especially the wonderful array of fruits. The food at the Eau French Grill was sublime and faultless and they have a great looking wine library too..

The hotel has a great little shop called GRANADO which has wonderful hand made soaps, and potions...makes a great gift for anybody. The only other shop located in the hotel sells the most wicked and decadent of chocolates, though a bit pricey.

If there is something that I would take back from my trip to Sao Paulo, it would certainly be the impeccable and out standing service that I experienced at the Grand Hyatt .....and I strongly recommend all travelers to SAO to experience it at least once!!

Room Tip: I stayed up on the 21st floor and the room and view were great.

I get to travel a lot with my job and have been lucky enough to stay in some fantastic hotels around the world, none of which where as fantastic as the Grand Hyatt in São Paulo. What made this visit was just how friendly all the staff were, from the breakfast team to the concierge. It was a real pleasure to stay here and looking forward to my next visit to São Paulo and my stay at the Hyatt.

The rooms in the grand Hyatt are very quiet. The shower is a 'rainforest' burst of water. The room service is excellent. The staff is very helpful. The location is close to a shopping centre and close to public transportation

Very good hotel in Morumbi District. Stayed a couple of times on club level which is one of the best i ever experienced (very friendly and helpfull staff, good breakfast, excelent evening canapes). Rooms are good, excelent bathroom. With good wheather the outdoor pool is nice (water a bit cold) with great bar service. Also the indoorpool is good. Very good gym. All in all an oasis in this busy city. With taxi short drive to great nightlife in Vila Olimpia / Itaim.

I stayed here because of a Conference. The hotel was very good, except they are in renovations so some areas are closed and during the day could be a little noisy.
Service was very good, and selection of food is good at breakfast.
The city is highly chaotic, in special the traffic ... and even though the hotel is "close" to the financial sector, it could take time to reach your destination .... and the trip to the airport is an history on its own ... 2 hours is the norm and be prepared!
