Arriving at this hotel is an experience. Armed military walk out the front in groups of 4. Rooms are big, clean but poor tv selection. No Wi Fi in rooms and need to go to the ground level all the time.
Breakfast was good. Make sure you go over the road into the pub for a beer. Feels unsafe when you go out on the street.

Room Tip: Just a Hotel of 3 stars in a dodgy area.

I´d like to thak you for your comments about our hotel.

I really don´t understand why you coudn´t access wi-fi in your room, bucause we have free Wi Fi in all hotel areas.

About the Police in front of the hotel, I´d like to explain that during the World Cup the whole city had lots of police officer around main streets, so in dispite of been in a secure area the police officer were always around the hotel.

I hope receive you as our guest again.

Best regards,

Cristiane F

The hotel is well located in an affluent part of the city. Walking out after dark to local bars, restaurants or the nearby Carrefour appears to be safe. Its a fairly long walk to Ave Paulista and the closest Metro station.

Most of the staff at reception speak good English and are helpful. Our room was of a good size but the decor was beginning to look a bit tired and could do with freshening up.

Breakfast spread is decent but we found it began to get monotonous by the 3rd morning of our stay.

Wifi - a little slow but reliable.

We stayed at Slaviero Executive Jardines or two nights during our travels to the World Cup. The rooms were spacious and clean. The area felt very estabished with people walking their dogs, and a Starbucks a few blocks down the road, which was a plus for me. It was about a 20 minute walk uphill to Av. Paulista. I am very cautious about walking in foreign countries at night, but felt perfectly safe as the street was well lit and people walking around until late. I would recommend this hotel. The desk receptionist was kind of slow and not very attentive, however, luckily I did not need their assistance for much. The breakfast was adequate, nothing exciting. During my two-week visit to Brazil, and staying in 6 different hotels, I found each hotel basically had same menu for breakfast.

This nicely located hotel has good size rooms and very good breakfast. But the manager needs to give some attention to the details and update the hotel to its own category. Brazil is a tropical country there is no need of carpenters, wallpapers are only good if they are well kept and windows in a big noisy city should be double glassing.

Cordialmente,

Cristiane F

Stayed during a 24 hr layover in São Paulo. Staff very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and modern with a view over this city. Only one treadmill in the gym but was fortunately empty. Good some good tips from the staff for shopping and travelling into the city. The airport shuttle is quite convenient but remember to leave yourself some buffet time and err towards an earlier shuttle endnotes departing. Breakfast is simple but ok. I arrive early on my checkin day and was allowed to have breakfast before checkin as I was leaving quite early the next day.
