We stayed 2 nights (R$ 180 + 5%)/night with breakfast and parking included.

The hotel is clean and in good conditions.

The staff is friendly.

Problems:

- They don't have a plug to connect US notebooks (3 pins AC adapter)
- Safe deposit don't work (they are changing the equipmnet)
- the fire extiguisher of the 11th floor was missing

I have stayed in this hotel 2-3 times. The rooms are very clean, and come with Air Conditioning, which is rare in Sao Paulo. The rooms are a little small by US standards (and very big compared to, say, Paris). The staff is very friendly. They have a nice little restaurant and bar in the lobby, and a complimentary breakfast is quite good. There is a pool on the roof. The staff spoke enough English for me not to have to use my bad Portuguese.
