Visited my first Fogo de Chao in Brazil on business and have since eaten at their New York, Dallas, Atlanta, and Orlando locations. The quality of the meat served is superb. If you are a carnivore, you must eat here. I find the quality of the food to be consistent worldwide, but my favorite location was in Brazil before they became mainstream. Skip the chicken, sausage, and salad bar. Go right for the good stuffy he picanha is to die for.
