Very good mid range hotel. Brand new buildings, fast and careful service, clean, wide beds, good quality bed linen and pillows, marvelous pool, good isolation, ocean front. Prices are higher than other mid range hotels but the choice is the best among those.

This hotel appears as quite good. In another town it would be just an "average" hotel. In Aracaju it is considered the best in town by 4 Rodas, the most popular guide travel in Brazil. It is just on the average, wit a good breakfast, a very good and nice pool and an excellent location

We've stayed at the Radisson Hotel in Aracaju for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Greatly located, our room was spacious, clean with an ocean view and balcony. All amenities worked well, breakfast buffet was simply "delicious" with great variety that you won't find in other parts of the world - tropical fruit, freshly squeezed tropical fruit juices and its local delicacies make it special. Hotel concierge deals with tours efficiently and all went very smoothly and pleasant in this nice hotel and very cozy coastal town of northeast Brazil.

Spent 11 nights here on business.

Pros:

1/ Location - right across from the beach; easy walk to many good restaurants; nice place to walk
2/ Property - the lobby area is like a covered breezeway and has several seating/reclining areas
3/ Pool area - never really seemed out of control or excessively loud; outdoor seating adjacent to pool
4/ Two restaurants and a bar on-site - convenient but I mostly explored the neighborhood restaurants since i was with a group of people
5/ The breakfast buffet - AWESOME! lots of fresh fruit, egg-based options, tapioca/manioc-based options, sausage/beef/chicken-based options, a variety of fruit juices, breads, and desserts (Yes, i said desserts at breakfast). Combination of foods that would satisfy Brazilian and American taste buds.
6/ An espresso maker at the front desk!!
7/ Coffee maker in the room (though lousy coffee); ok mini-bar; they do have room-service
8/ There is a safe in the room
9/ There are rooms with balconies and ocean views (of course you have to pay more)
10/ Taxi area just around the building and front desk staff will help hail them and tell them where you want to go

Cons:

1/ Business Center does not have a printer - so bring a flash drive so you can ask the front desk to print documents for you
2/ The shower pan may be too shallow since i noticed water leaking to the outside the sliding glass door
3/ Housekeeping was erratic - had to ask for towels twice (once at check-in, and another time mid-way through my stay - she just forgot to bring them, i guess); they do not routinely sweep the tile floors so you'll have to ask; sometimes they forgot to replace cups
4/ Check-in was a bit slow and they were confused - i prepaid since i booked via American Express online, and the guy who checked me in was going to charge me again (at a higher rate than what i booked). It took a bit of time, but it was straightened out... though i will keep an eye on my American Express statement ... just to make sure

The hotel provides all the basic conforts you expect to meet in a chain Radisson hotel. Location is very good opposite Atalaia beach with many restaurants walking distance. Rooms are clean and confortable. However, for some reason there was no hot water in the shower.

One of the best hotels in Aracaju. The breakfast is impeccable, with typical food of the region as well as other regions of Brazil. The rooms are incredibly clean, organized and well equipped. The corner room which, despite not having a sea view, has a large window overlooking the city which is also a beautiful view. The recreation area is excellent, with well-preserved furniture. The pictures of the hotel on trip advisor do not over rate the place, believe, is actually awesome.

Room Tip: Corner suites has no sea view but they are larger an quieter.

Probably it is one of the best in Aracaju what doesnt mean it is great, the hotel is very well decorated and mantained, the staff is quite helpful and they are always trying to please you, the room is spacious, pretty well decorated and very clean, it could be a little noisy because of the beach front avenue, the shower is good, the breakfast is ok and I felt very confortable being there. the cons goes to the pool that is beautiful but with no sun all day long because it is covered by the building, the flies over the breakfast table that seems not very atractive and for the TV signal that has a quite bad quality for a cable TV, it is probably some connection problem. The Atalaia beach where the hotel is located is not a good one. Well the Wifi is free, fast and Works very well. In the end of the day I think they have to improve some issues but it is a hotel I would be back if I have to stay again in Aracaju.
