“Everything you need for sunny vacation...”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 July 2013

At first I want say that I found out its former Iberostar hotel. Somewhere you can see remains of it. Gonna focus some points...

Location: best for traveling, all sorts of communication stops in front, quite good for resting on beach but its not so close - I believe abut 200 metres and there it starts... for nice beach you have to walk bit longer. [BTW... I hate those 80% payable beaches with stupid payable sunbeds and only 20% of free ones with people cramed like sardines] To be true water was perfect... not too salty and warm but not hot.

Kitchen: We liked! Quite typical. Nothing really strange but enough for indulging yourself.
Something yummy for children and for adults.

Rooms: AC worked well, small TV, fridge and only two 240V sockets but enough big with comfortable beds. In the bathroom nothing above standard. Cleaning service every day.

Pool: Enough big, divided with few areas. I think not enough beds in front of pool... it was impossible to find free one after lunch. You have to be quick and take a bed before breakfast.
Pool is in good conition, only worse I can say that water was sometimes terribly cold.

Oh! No! I forgot! The most embarrased place is the near-pool-toilet! You don't want go there...
Small damp rooms in basement. Shame for such nice hotel!

I am not going to say about animation. Better they stop it at all. everyday same shakin in front of pool with glued smile. But... I don't like such treats at all.

And about the town... Its small with just few streets and old town on island connected with narrow land. I found it quite calm. With bus or on feet walking ~5km along the beach you can get into Sunny Beach resort fullfilled with restaurants and clubs... more for youngsters and very very busy.

Have a nice vacation!

My an my husband spent 2 nights at this hotel and we wre very glad for choosing it. We arrived in Nessebar at about 11 o'clock in the morning. Hotel is very easy to find by those who are travelling by car, as we did. The man for the hotel parking was speaking only Bulgarian so we couldn't understand each other, but, fortunately, he permitted us to park there. Then we went to reception desk, anounced our arrival by car and showed the travelling voucher. We were told that our room wasn't ready and asked to return at 14.00. We already knew before coming that the check-in is possible after 14.00. So, we went walking to Nessebar old city, which, by the way, is about 20 minutes walk on cliff from the hotel. This part of the city, with Greek ambiance, makes it different from other seadide resorts (as Albena, Golden Sands). We were back to the hotel at 13.00 and our room was ready for us, so we checked-in (we were charged for parking 8 lv per day). The room we got was big, with two very big and confortable single person beds, a table, 2 chairs, chest TV, TV, fridge (in function) and a closet, a big balcony (city view as this is what we paid for. There are also rooms with sea view), clean bathroom. If there is something to complaint of, that would be the bathroom towels as they weren't looking so good (but this wasn't a problem for us, as I always take my towels in travels for hygene reasons). The pool is big, with three sections (one for kids and other two with different depths 1.30 and 1.50m). There also was a pool man who took water samples for analysis several times per day, which gave me a strong feeling of safety. The hotel doesn't have private beach, but there are about 100 meters to the sandy beach of Sunny Beach. There is also a great entertainment team. If you agree to play the games/activities they organise you can have lots of fun. We were thrilled about all four members of the team: Iana, Ive, Stan and Alex. During the day all sunbeds were occupied, but the pool wasn't crowded, so we felt very good there. Regarding meals&food, I must say that we had all inclusive and were pleased with it. There were quite a few dishes with meat (chicken and pork or beef) and garnish, vegetables in the morning and salads at lunch and dinner, different kinds of bread, fresh fruits and sweets at every meal. In short, in my opinion, anyone can find something to like. During the day there were also two snacks at the pool with pizza (which is ok), hotdogs and hamburgers (which I, personally, din't liked). At dinner, the restaurant got realy crowded, even if the guests af the hotel were split in two series. My advise is to go restaurant in the second period of the time allocated for. Anyways, the staff were very careful to refill trays. All I can say is that we often go an all inclusive trips in Bulgaria and dinning at this hotel is far superior from others. Drinks are ok and the coffee is quite good. Free Wi-fi is available only at the lobby and the internet speed is not so good. If you want internet at the pool or in the room you are charged, but it isn't expensive. There is also a spa center, but we haven't had time to try it.

Room Tip: If you want to spend a dey at the pool, you have to go there before 8 o'clock in the morning to...

we had a nice top floor room with pool and seaview which we paid an extra £90 for which made
our holiday in this hotel 100 per cent better there are over 800 people in rooms and only 128ish sunbeds a nightmare to get one we had to put our towels on sunbeds the night before food is a lot to be desired but always something to eat soups are nice and crepes at breakfast as well, all inclusive good but you have to pay after 10.30pm bar closes 12 midnight ther are only 28 seats in the bar and about 12 seats in bar lobby rediculious i say for the amount of guests, there is a nightclub in hotel or should i say a hovel i have never seen such a grotty place dark and horrible and smelly the whole time we were there it was empty playing outdated music from a laptop looked more like a condemed building its on the basement restuarants outside hotel brill cheap and friendly thank god for them a real life saver i would not go here again staff friendly and rooms cleaned daily one side of hotel faces the main road we were in room 617 great views

Room Tip: ask for a pool view that way you get a seaview as pool directly in front of the sea and you can see...

We have only arrive back this morning so while it is all fresh in my head, I want to place this review. We were dubious about booking this hotel and had read some poor reviews however I understand some people will never be happy with what they get, we paid 450 all inclusive for the week and stayed at panorama from June 25th until 2nd of July. Our room was clean and tidy, always cleaned daily. The food was different every day and hot when we sat down to eat, the hotel could do with more seating at dinner but we never struggled to get a seat indoors or outside. The location was perfect for us as I am five months pregnant and did not want to be in the heart of Sunny Beach so it was a good walking distance in between the main strip and Old Nessebar. The entertainment was on all week from morning to evening apart from one night where the entertainers had the evening off, the entertainment is not great and is really cheesy but saying that we loved cheesy bingo and cheesy shows so we watched it every night, the entertainment team work so hard with little equipment and they certainly do the best with what they have. Even when it rained on the last day we still made the most of it and used the indoor pool followed by a trip to the beach (2 minute walk), the bar staff are not the friendliest but it depends on who serves you as some went the extra mile for us. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed every day of this holiday so don't be put off by negative reviews, it is what you make of it!

I made he choice of this hitel based on the pictures I have seen in the brochure.
I should have read reviews before...
The hotel is pretty well located between sunny beach and the old Nessebar, however there are some negative points: no beach bar as announced, buffet is more or less always the same, all-in formula is limited by strict hours and drinks are just terrible.
Waiters and waitresses were nice when people from the front desk are not very nice and can barely answer to our questions.
To be also noted that most of them do not speak any proper english nor german.
Price paid was low and as for everything else... You get what you pay for...

The Festa Panorama was very nice. Really enjoyed our stay. We did go the end of May so it was lovely and quiet. Dont think it will be like that in the height of summer though as I should imagine it will be very busy

Room Tip: The rooms were basic but very clean
