Rooms are very spacious. They are apartment style with a living room and a separate bedroom. Yes, there is a door. There is a small kitchen with a stove and a refrigerator. No microwave. Airconditioner is good and strong. Balcony that faces the street is pretty much useless but the ones facing the sea have amazing views. Showers are a little weird - it's right in the bathroom and when you are taking a shower the water spills all over the bathroom, sink, toilet, etc. I initially though it was kinda uncomfortable, but in reality it did not matter. We were staying for a week and had no complaints about anything in the room. Daily service.
Check in. There is no desk or reception. You have to go downstairs first and then to room 1a. Only Bulgarian Leva accepted. The restaurant can exchange money at a very decent rate which was quite surprising.
The beach is literally right there. It takes maybe 30 seconds to walk there from the hotel, there are stairs thatvgo there from the back of the hotel. The back is made into a restaurant. Excellent service, food better than in most places we tried in Nessebar. Less expensive than other places too. Serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lamb shish (kebab, but don't call it kebab - kebab is something else here) is to die for. Waiters speak Russian and English. Very cordial. They explain every item and will recommend better items for the day. For dessert try Melba - ice cram and fruits.
Parking - 2 spaces in front and a parking lot to the right of the hotel. No problems.
Internet - wireless is ok facing the beach, but not if facing the street.
The city of Nessebar is 7 min drive where you can park for a few Leva. We didn't walk
Oh yeah, there is a small pool in the back with a few chairs
