I traveled with a friend, a retired Emergency Room physician. We were in Villa number 810.
The property was huge and our villa was good enough for two families. The living room was furnished with a sofa, tables and chairs and had a coffee maker, small refrigerator, a mat with a large cushion for watching TV. They had cable TV. The air conditioner worked well. There was a safe in the closet. The shower tub room was separate from the toilet which was convenient. Our villa overlooked the lake. There was asmall patio just near the enrance where I coulkd view the lake and tkae pictures of the tres and birds. We were surrounded with tropical trees and flowers. When we got in, I was apprehensive upon seeing the mosquito nets over each of the beds. The staff who helped us get in reassured me that the mosquito net was just for looks. There were no mosquitoes. The staff was friendly except in the restaurant. Most of them stood there talking among themselves while the customers were ignored. Restaurant service at night was slow and almost non existent.
It took a long time to get our bill and even longer to get our change. I was not sure whether it was the language barrier or just inefficiency that contributed to their very slow service. The restaurant manager was originally from France. He was very friendly.
Breakfast was self served so that was not a problem. A lot of photo opportunities exist in this property.
