I stayed at this hotel because a Cambodian colleague knew it and recommended it. Not sure if there are better options in town for the same budget price because I haven't researched them. Here some pros and cons of staying at Omega:
1. Pro: the price. $10/day; linens and towels changed daily, double room with a/c, cable TV and fridge. Free small drinking water bottles, one per person per day.
2. Con: the room was a double and ok for me, since I was there alone, but probably a bit small for two people (it all depends on how long you are staying and how much time you are planning to stay in the hotel).
3. Pro: a short walk from the centre of town (10min). I actually enjoyed that in the morning to go get my breakfast. Otherwise, a moto drive will cost you $1.
4. Con: staff speaks very little English and may come across as rude/unhelpful. Also, no booking bus tickets with them (which is standard practice in hotels/hostels across Cambodia).
5. Con: No food/restaurant on the premises.
6. Con: Bathroom can be a bit run down; hotel a bit noisy at times.
I didn't try the jacuzzi/steam room/foot massage.
All in all, I was happy with the money I spent there.
