We had two nights in this lovely small hotel. A warm welcome from Nadia, who speaks excellent English, and given various forms to sign. One of which was to declare that we would not drink our own alcohol in the room!. We haven’t come across this before, and we did find it rather odd. Note, you can drink wine etc there, but bought from the hotel – reasonably priced.
The hotel has a lovely interior with many unusual objects on display.
Our room (Pais) was compact, but pleasantly & comfortably decorated. There was a safety deposit, a very small fridge and good air conditioning. Fresh fruit left in the room each day. Bathroom was large. Only small thing we didn’t like for a boutique hotel was that the toiletries were in large wall mounted dispensers, but that is just a personal choice and the soap worked fine! Wifi good.
Breakfast was stunning and a sight to behold. All guests gather round a huge table which is laden with super breakfast food of fresh fruits, yogurts, eggs, ham, mashed avocado, cakes, homemade bread etc, AND what turned out to be the best coffee we had in our whole 4 week trip in Chile.
A very pleasant hotel and a nice change from the larger chain hotels. All the staff were absolutely charming. Recommended.More
