Just left. Had room 601 corner jr. suite...$425 a night. The suite was ok but not up to a $425 a night standard. Excellent bed and bath but the parlor had no window treatments the sun sets right on plasma rendering it useless until nightfall and no heat on parlor side! Outstanding views from this room though. The staff was about the worst I have seen. Upon check-in no offer of assistance for luggae or valet ($16 a day). Don't waste your money on club level the food is stale and most not fit for consumption. The bar in the club level is pay. Had one disagreement with room service and one with check out receptionist. They did not value my opinion and offered no adjustment of bill, just an I'm sorry. They have a bagpiper that plays at sunset, tries to play I should say. Overall a gorgeous, secluded, relaxing area and beautiful hotel going to waste due to a lack of service. It has a chance but needs help quickly. Would not go back unless staff improves.

I just returned from a meeting at the Ross Bridge Resort and enjoyed all aspects of this new property. The sleeping rooms, meeting rooms and public areas were all a bit unusual in decor/design and terrific. The tranquil setting created a very peaceful atmosphere for both business and pleasure. Evenings around the firepits on the patio with the waterfall and mountains in the background were a great way to end the day. Complimentary use of the computers/internet along with free printing and photocopies were a blessing for the little things like printing boarding passes. Onsite Starbucks never hurts, either! We appreciated the ability to get on the elevator nearby the spa, salon and workout areas to the sleeping rooms without having to walk through public lobbies. The peaceful setting does require a car if you want to go anywhere other than the airport.
