I stayed for four nights at this hotel, and it lacked in some critical areas. The set of exterior doors in the rear of the building, from the parking and the pool were equipped with locks, but would not lock, even at night. Dangerous business. Also, the bedside phone didn't work at all and the other phone had an insistent whistle in it. The rear building elevator was filthy, bunged up, and made an alarming BANG! just before starting up from the ground floor. Hall carpets needed replacing. Other small things included a desk light switch which didn't work, no room coffee left for Sunday AM and the microwave door stuck. To their credit, the phone guys were there working on the system the day I left (I made three complaints before I heard back from anyone). Positives are, a pleasant staff eager to please, a clean room and a decent bed with little noise or bother from outdoors or indoors. Needs some TLC.

Room Tip: Always inform the clerk that you want to check the room before you pay for it, then go take a look. You'd be surprised how different rooms in the same hotel can vary.

My room was not made 2x on my 10 day stay. Housekeeping did not put back the required things back on a daily basis such as iron & board( which stayed out the entire stay), various trash was not picked up in the room. I also made various noise complaints. The management staff was unapologetic. The Asst. GM told me he would reduce my rate and before checking out caught amnessia. To make matters worse there were prostitutes soliciting me on various days in the hotel.

This hotel like a lot of La Quintas looks like it needs a facelift. Elevators and halways are a little banged up in areas, but rooms are clean. Staff is helpful! Breakfast is weak, you can get a boiled egg, but no scrambled eggs or sausage. The breakfast made me lower my rating by 1 star. Overall, it's a good place to stay.

Room Tip: Book a King Room, the bed is superior to the twin beds.

I was very pleased with our stay. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Easy access to the Interstate. A variety of restaurants close by. The staff was very courteous.

The first night there was a barking/whinning dog left out in the hall during the middle of the night. Sorry I love dogs too but not in hotels. Second night raucus pool party long after the 10 pm time for the pool to be closing. I agree with other comments....Go somewhere else.
