That hotel was really awful. First we got a room with no hot water. After long discussions they booked us in a family room on the top floor where there the water was somewhat warm but then there were just a few drops coming out. The door was so low that I banged my head on it twice (ok you could say it's my own fault but that door was ridiculous). There was no food or restaurant. Despite the nights getting really cold there was no real heating. Even the lobby was like a big freezer. I was about to move to the Sheraton which seemed to be the only decent place in this town but they were fully booked. So we had to stay there.
