“good food, great location”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 September 2013

Best meal in Bol so far. Great starter of chicken salad. Huge portion of lamb chops & good chips. Good service. Reasonably priced. First drinkable house wine!

“Location, location”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 22 August 2013

Great location, just above the harbour. Friendly, efficient service and the food and drink is of a good, solid standard. Bit pricier than some Bol options, but still competitive.

“Nice food and view”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 8 August 2013

We enjoyed our meal here. We had a meat and pasta dish, both were well cooked and tasty. The wine I ordered was very nice too. We were on the verandah with a view down the main promenade and out to the sea which was lovely. They were short-staffed on the night we were there, but handled it pleasantly and well.

“Great view”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 August 2013 via mobile

Had a fab dinner here with a gorgeous view of the sea. The starters and fresh bread with local cheese were delicious, we shared a chicken salad. The beef steak with gnocchi was a hit but the green pasta with prawns was a bit underwhelming. Good wine and local beer for affordable prices. Service was good although one of the waiters didn't seem that pleased to see us. Would recommend.

“Great for People Watching!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 August 2013

This restaurant is one of several along the front in Bol with amazing views out over the water. We were lucky enough to get a table right at the front of the balcony overlooking the quayside, which meant that we were constantly entertained by boats coming & going, & amused by the varying levels of skill with which their amateur crews managed to moor up & deal with their gang planks! The service was very good & the skill of their napkin folders 2nd to none (see photos). However, although one main course (the John Dory) was excellent, the tuna salad (which was technically a starter) looked as though it had come out of a tin, & at £42 for just these 2 plates of food & a bottle of wine we felt it was not such good value for money as some other places we ate in the town.
