What a hit this place was! A small and friendly hotel that’s really a low-key upscale bed and breakfast just off the main square in the old streets of Hvar Town. The room was huge and beautiful, there was a lovely balcony with seating and all the conveniences were there. An enormous, well-equipped tiled bathroom too. Natalija couldn’t have been more willing and helpful both with check-in and suggestions. There are stairs, but she was right there offering help with the luggage. Breakfast was plentiful, with a plateful of fresh fruit, delicious bread (especially the one with the seeds), homemade preserves, yogurt and perfectly done eggs on request. In fact, Natalija suggested we take the yogurt we were too full to eat and whatever was left over for lunch! There was a little noise at night, being in the middle of town, but it pretty much quieted down when we were ready for bed, so it wasn’t a problem. It was great being right in town and in such a charming place rather than some standard hotel. We lucked out. But couldn’t help wondering what the noise level might be like in the middle of the tourist season.

Natalia and her staff were very helpful, the breakfasts were great, the location could not be better. But the room- it was so beautiful with a combination of the old walls and the modern. Natalia arranged for a massage for me with Andreas and it was excellent. The only problem was that there was a large step off the bed into the sunken living room which I missed in the middle of the night- a dim nightlight might solve that problem. And Hvar is a beautiful island.

Villa Nora is located centrally on the beautiful island of Hvar and all places of interest are within easy reach - just a few minutes walk. One does have to climb steps to reach the accommodation so if you have mobility issues, then it may not suit you.
The building itself is lovely and the rooms, generous and characterful. I had a junior suite with a very pretty balcony. A kitchen from a local restaurant backed onto this side of the building but did not cause offence with either noise or cooking smells.
Staff were friendly, could not have been more helpful and whipped up a great breakfast! Excellent value for money.
I would definitely stay here again.

This small hotel is centrally located so it is easy to get into the main square. We had originally booked a double room and requested twin beds. When we arrived they did not have any available at the time so we were then upgraded to the family suite. The room was brilliant and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Rooms are large, clean and have everything you could need. Breakfast was a wide range of fruits, yoghurts, bread, ham, cheese - so plenty to choose from.

Would definitely stay there again!

This small hotel, located just a block or so off of the main square, was just delightful. The room was huge, with great cross ventilation. In May we had a wonderful breeze and opted not to use the a.c. The bells from the nearby church were loud- we thought they would bother us ringing every half hour- but they didn't- it was peaceful sounding.
The bathroom was also large- and had the best portable hairdryer I've ever had in Europe! (not a big deal to most men- but when you are a woman with long hair and have to stand no more than a foot from the attached wall unit and hold your thumb on the button to get power the whole time you're using the hair dryer- its a real pain!- Sorry that's my little rant!) My husband's gripe is that with such a big bathroom, the shower was very small- he kept knocking into the walls.
Staff were friendly and helpful, when we arrived, they met us at the car to help with our bags and show us to the hotel. We had to work to convince them that we could manage our bags when we left!
Good breakfast, all the usual cheese, meat, breads etc. plus made to order eggs.

My friend and I stayed here for 1 night. Upon arrival into the city, Natalia walked over to help with any luggage we had. She was extremely friendly and it was a very nice welcome to this beautiful island. Our room was HUGE, as was the bathroom!! Very nice accommodations overall and the location was perfect. We were leaving a little early the next morning and Natalia had no problem accommodating us with an early breakfast.

Great location (central and on an incredibly charming alleyway). Our room was huge! Almost suite size with a couch, desk and sitting area. The bathroom was also over-sized. I loved the way the flowy curtains in our room would float with the breeze. The staff was lovely and the hotel has been in the family for three generations. You could tell by the pride they took in everything. Breakfast was a very filling continental.
