Three of us stayed here in May 2014 for 11nights. We had a family room which was perfect as the rooms are separate not all three beds in one room!!! This is the main reason we originally booked this hotel and it was definitely a good choice!!

The hotel is just the right size not to small and not to big!! Their sister hotels are on the same sight too however like other hotels we have stayed in you are able to identify the different areas!!! (You are able to use the other pools too if you wish but we found the main one here was the best one with the entertainment and game throughout the day, highly recommend playing water polo and doing the aqua aerobics! They are great fun)

The only downside was that the jetty was under going construction so you was unable to use it which was a shame as that is one of the main reasons you go to Egypt.... TO SEE THE FISH!!

Despite that we all would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking of going here as the service you will receive is amazing with the staff doing everything to make your stay with them rememberable!!

Fantastic hotel, food excellent, staff very friendly which mostly don't expect tips.
I would recommend the park for the community feel, there was very little difference between the park and and the beach we ate in both restaurants food exactly the same.
If I was to have a small complaint would be there are no steps to get out if the pool apart from 1 side but apart from that we had a fantastic holiday, myself my husband and my 4yr old granddaughter.
Highly recommend. ....

Stayed 7nights at jaz park and I have to say we have received the best service ever the staff are all friendly and very helpful hotel is clean and variety of food is good as well. The only down fall is that they all know how to get their tip out of you. We have tipped the cleaner on day 3 but by day 6 he would come knocking on the door trying to get some more. But overall we have received an excellent service

Just back from a great fortnight in the Miracle Park. Could not fault the cleanliness, service, food and amenities in the hotel. It is quite a bit smaller than it's sister hotel, the Beach, but was equally as nice.
Will definitely return and recommend to friends.
A special mention to Tamir, the life guard, Haytham and Mahmoud at the pool bar. Always a smile and always very helpful.

I genuinely can't understand these good reviews. Everyone I have spoken to at this hotel had been in the process of lodging complaints and genuinely could not wait for their holidays to be over!

This is most definitely not a 5 star hotel. The staff pick and choose who receives good service and you have to have a blue wrist band or be a big tipper to receive it.

Only 1 restaurant was open which has to serve both park and club leaving no variety or choice. Food and drink quality was extremely poor. Cocktails were like squash, flat and warm beer and soft drinks. Restaurant only opened from 7.30pm which led to queues due to people with children needed to go in ASAP. Luckily we had 2 bookings at the restaurants however the only one we could get into was the Italian. It was nice but nothing special.

Pool bar served undercooked food and made several people ill. The pharmacy on site must make a fortune off this at £20 Per remedy! Bars chose who they wanted to serve eg people from Club getting turned away from park bar despite being told they could use it. We got turned away from beach bar despite being told we could use it. People started taking their wristbands off to get round it and strangely enough it worked.

Cleaning left a lot to be desired and even if you had a do not disturb cleaner would constantly knock the door as they wanted a tip. Kept taking the ironing board even though we asked him to leave it and then wanted a tip for bringing it back!

The hotel was perhaps at 40% occupancy at the most yet the service left a lot to be desired. The bar staff at the park were quite rude and it took a long time to be served despite the fact there was 4 people behind the bar we therefore started to go to the club bar where the lovely Hassam coped better on his own than 4 people at the park. Unfortunately the air con gets turned off at 11pm which makes it impossible to stay in the bar any later than that.

When we left they tried to overcharge us for the spa. Agreed price was £50 they tried to charge £65 and said there rate was 6.0 to £1 rather than the 11.80! What a joke. I left £50 on the counter and walked away and they didn't argue.

Honestly would not return here. For the money there are far far superior hotels.
