So disappointed with our 10 day trip. It was very quiet, in fact almost empty due to the restrictions on Italians coming over, so one would have thought this would have made the staff able to attend well to the guests they did had in the resort.
But no, they were very unaccommodating. No effort to organise anything, pathetic attempts to entertain that were so minimally advertised that we missed them cos they lasted 5 minutes.
The activity chap was too busy facebooking or texting to bother much with the guests and when asked, made excuses like it was too hot or he was busy,or later and then would go off for a siesta or swim.
I felt like I was interuppting his social life if I asked for anything!

The food was pretty restrictive too. Nicely presented and all that, but no choice of meat of an evening, same old re-cycled veg and salad and obvious cost cutting at every opportunity. All juices were watered down, none fresh, no wine at any bar except the restaurant itself, beach bar had no food except stale bread...(and I do mean stale! Like a table tennis bat!) And as for the pizzas, they were awful for an Italian resort. Really awful. Just bread with a smear of pesto or grated cheese.
No effort was made at all and it certainly was not all inclusive as times of availability were so restricted that if you weren't there on time, it would be whisked away....despite the hotel being so empty!

You got water bottle in your room on arrival but silly tiny plastic cups to refill during the day with strict instructions not to refill water bottles but buy a bottle instead.

To finish our stay, we asked for a late check out, ie at 2pm as our flight wasn't until 5pm. The hotel wanted £15 for this even though we had requested it on booking, and it wasn't like they were so busy it mattered!

Only plus, that was nothing to do with the hotel exactly, was that there was no fighting over sunbeds......Shan't be returning.

Room Tip: Block 7 was quieter, ie keep away from the resort next to the hotel as its full of loud Russians par...

We have been to sharm many times and have stayed and places like the Hyatt etc. This Hotel is just fantastic and we much prefer it to the higher end hotels. Its so relaxed, the food is amazing the best we have had in Sharm.
We were there from the 28th-April-8th May and whilst it was not busy due to Italians pulling out the service was still exceptional! having been there last year when it was busy I thought service may suffer but it did not.

The rooms are kept impeccably clean, the grounds are wonderful and pools are kept clean. We are english but I speak Italian, however in no way did we feel like second class persons on both holidays there in particular last year when there was a lot of Italians there. The Eden Village staff treat everybody with respect and are friendly and helpful no matter where you come from, in fact they try to get everybody involved in any fun going on such as volley ball on the beach. I think we brits are a bit shy sometimes.

The staff are all wonderful as are all the managers and there is a very relaxed but professional attitude from all the staff and they cant do enough to be helpful.

The one and only thing I would say needs improving is the WiFi. They need to make the WiFi work all over the hotel as going back to reception is a pain when your sat by one of the many beautiful pools or on the beach.

We honestly love this Hotel, the food/staff/rooms/ are just such a joy we did not want to come home.

Book this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

A big hello to all the staff from Jason & Jessica

Room Tip: Rooms in the 7000's offer a great sea/pool view but its a longer walk to the restaurant Rooms...

Just back and already booking to go back for Xmas. This hotel is remarkable for its grounds rooms and staff. Not to mention the weather and towel art on our bed every day. Food was a little hit and miss but chefs do all they can to accommodate and the restaurant manager and staff are a joy Cannot reconnect this hotel more highly it's fantastic. Early in season or late, I wasn't to sure so nice and quite. Not many Italians considering they win it. And thankfully not many children, excellent romantic location for couples

I Never leave reviews however I want to give this hotel credit where credit is due!

This place is absolutely amazing, just come back from 2 weeks all inclusive here and I definitely didn't want to come home!
It was very quiet due to the Italians being told not to travel. However there was no reason not to travel! We went to Cairo and saw the pyramids which is definitely worth a visit!!

We had the hotel pools to ourself most of the time and the waiters couldn't do enough for you! It was so exclusive! Such a luxury.

Hamada was one of the pool bar attendants and he was just amazing! Such a friendly atmosphere. Couldn't do enough for you. Always making conversation and making you feel comfortable

The food was incredible! Such tasty food and good variety. We ate out at different hotels whilst on excursions a few times however none of the hotels good compared to Tamra.

The rooms where massive, they have a living room, bedroom, dressing room, bath and shower! The beds where so big you could fit 4 people in. This suited me and my partner perfectly seeing as I take up all the room normally. We had a sea and pool view which was absolutely exquisite?! Try to stay in the 7000 rooms!

The snorkelling was out of this world we saw so many amazing fish! If you aren't comfortable the life guard will come in with you and swim by your side so that you feel safe! Mohammed was the life guard and couldn't have been happier.

Guest relations Cheryl was a treat! Such a lovely lady and always there to help. Thank you for the iron!!

Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Will definitely go back!!! Paradise!!!!

Love Britanee and Jon x

Just arrived back from a 10 day stay at this beautiful hotel, a group of 9 with children. The moment we arrived we received first class service. The grounds and rooms are beautiful, we stayed in rooms in the 7000's, all had stunning views and a short distance walk from the pools. The beach was stunning with a small jetty to snorkel from, which was out of this world. The food was amazing with a wide variety to select from. Many reviews state that the British are treated like "second class citizens" please ignore this, we were always included in the activities and all the staff were extremely helpful at ALL times. Sherrif the manager at reception was ever so helpful and nothing was a problem, we had the pleasure to meet the wonderful Cheryl who is the guest liaison manager who offered some tremendous advice and recommended places to visit, she was extremely helpful. One staff member who went above and beyond to make our stay that extra special was the bar manger Hagem, he always greeted us with a smile and ensured we had everything we needed, his service was second to none and he made every attempt to ensure we were happy, he is a true credit to Tamra beach.
Overall a very pleasant stay enjoyed by all, although the hotel was quiet with around 100 guests at the most, we were always looked after. We would highly recommend this to others.

We have just come back from Egypt and our stay at Tamra beach - firstly let me clarify it was off season so very quiet and although the hotel is italian run the majority of guests seemed to be English that week.
The food was excellent - not the standard chips and icecream you get in most other places, lots of freshly cooked meat, vegetables, freshly made bread, lovely desserts - by far the best food I've had on an all inclusive with the additional bonus of 2 themed nights a week
The staff were friendly and always ready to help from the secuirty guard outside the hotel (who called our tour guides when they were late and nicely told the guy off for us), to the receptionist, waiters and the guy on the end of the jetty who will snorkel with you and tell you about the fish.
Our room was fab - much larger than expected, couldn't quite see the sea from our bath but it didn't refrain from the fab room and loved the towel statues every day in our room.

As mentioned above there is a jetty of the beach that is a reef cliff edge so fab snorkeling right on your doorstep for free.

Tours offered within the hotel were obviously more expensive - if you walked outside the hotel and turned right and walked for 15 minutes you would hit a big bunch of shops on the right where you could probably get one cheaper (or go to nama bag as we did and organise through a tour guide there - we saved about 40% on our safari quad biking trip)

Cannot rave about this hotel enough - really really pleased with everything!

Room Tip: Ask for a sea view room - we didn't and settled in then thought later but couldn't be bother...

We travelled to this resort for 4 nights and 5 days at the end of April and had a wonderful experience during our stay. I would like to give special thanks to the waiters, Asraf, Waleed and Ahmed and Cheryl the hotel rep for making our stay as pleasant as possible.
I'd like to start by saying the hotel is like a village with only 80 people staying on a site catered for 700 people, whch felt very exclusive. The rooms were clean with working A/C and hot water 24 hours a day. We were located in room 7112 which had a view of one of the six swimming pools and the beach which was fantastic. The rooms were cleaned daily by the housekeeper and they created funky designs with the towels on two of our days there.
The beach was lovely with coral and fishes present at he end of the pier which was fantastic to snorkel so close to the hotel, however the sand is not the best I have seen at other hotels around the world. The beech staff were friendly to arrange the sunbeds, assist in snorkelling and assist in arranging beach games (beach tennis and table tennis)
The time table for food and drink was to the clock however the food was amazing throughout our stay with no complaints on the taste and choice. We were vegetarian and the waiters and cooks became aware of this and we noticed more vegetarian dishes becoming available over the course of our stay. This was the highlight of our entire stay at the hotel.
If there was a comment I had to make for improvement it would be to put "v" signs up at dishes that were vegetarian, which would save a lot of time during the lunch and dinner period, however this would be a minor point.
We fully recommend this hotel during a stay in Sharm El Sheikh if your stay was to relax in the suburbs of the city away from the busy areas of Naama bay and Sharks bay. We did a trip to these areas and although enjoying the night life were happy that we were in the relaxed area of Sharm.
