Arrived back 24th march, after 2wks at the sea club. What can I say was warned about the Russian guests. Took advice from trip advisor and found the sea gardens and what a difference. So much more quiet. Mahmoud at the pool bar really looked after us, always ther with a smile and a drink, lovely man. The al a carte restraunts fab , please try the French one. Onion soup amazing. The beach was great and so was the beach bar, Tamar looked after us Brits. So looking at the sea gardens I'm going to book ther for my usual November trip for my birthday. Ate in the restaurant for lunch a few times and found the food better than the sea club. And less Russians !!

Room Tip: I want advice on rooms as it will be my first time at this complex

This hotel has been chosen as a place where our crew (one of the Russian airlines - ORENAIR) has a rest after a flight . This hotel is the best of all hotels in Sharm-El-Sheikh we've visited. All services are on very high level and hope that our crew will stay here for a long time!

Sea Gardens is one of three hotels in the resort and is the smallest. Our rooms were fine with a large separate sitting room, super king bed and balcony. Communal seating around the restaurant/lobby and a pool that was quiet. However, you are all inclusive in all three hotels so a short walk away you have access to the plusher surroundings of the other hotels and so, for us, this gave us value for money and would book Sea Gardens again and use the other facilities. Entertainment was what you would expect with late trips out for those that wanted to party. Note the lobby bars are 24/7 all inclusive! You can dine in any of the restaurants and have three meals in the speciality restaurants - Lebanese, Seafood and either French or Japanese. I recommend you book these as soon as you can so you can get the dates you want. Staff were exceptional though I would like to see less of the guys selling massages etc. but they did leave you alone once you made it clear you were not interested - by the beach was particularly bad so the Sea Gardens pool was usually the best place to be for less hassle. We were not prepared for mosquitoes so check this out before you go and be prepared. I stayed on the balcony one night for a couple of hours and was bitten by some insect about 100 times on each leg and the cost for treatment was £250. I didn't see anyone else in the state I was in and it didn't affect the holiday but take this as a warning. We didn't leave the resort and there were still places we didn't see. Our sons did quad biking, diving and partying and had a great time as well. We had windy days which made the heat tolerable but this did affect snorkelling. I understand the snorkelling was fine off the jetty but there were strong currents and it was only allowed when there was a life guard in attendance. Great play areas for children and there is an aquapark close by but we didn't go there. Our intention is to book again as it had everything we needed.

It's pleasing to know that you and your family very much enjoyed your holiday, whilst making good use of our unique '3 in One' concept, enjoying all the bars and restaurants available.

Just returned from an all inclusive break here for nine days. On the plus side, the restaurant staff were lovely - very friendly and efficient. The food in the hotel's Lebanese and Japanese restaurants were great. On the not so great side, the food in the main restaurant was devoid of any taste. I don't know how such a good selection of food can be made without any flavour. Our taste buds went into meltdown when we ate at the Japanese and Lebanese restaurants. However, we know that all inclusives can be hit and miss with food, so c'est la vie. The one thing that did ruin it for us was the constant HOURLY harassment of the staff who tried to sell us day trips and spa treatments as we relaxed by the pool. There was no respite each day and it drove us crackers. Each time we politely declined, but their strategy is to bug everyone until they book. On the first day we were clearly dozing on our sunloungers and they physically nudged us to wake us up. Be prepared for them to plonk themselves next to you for 10 minutes each time as they go through their sales patter. One was actually quite aggressive and even though we politely explained that we weren't interested, he carried on regardless, saying that 'it was just for information'. He then grabbed our hands and started to demonstrate one of the treatments, even though we had made it clear. This made us very uncomfortable and just put us off even more. I did not like this regular rude invasion as we tried to unwind on a holiday we had paid a lot of money for. The management need to be aware of this as I know we weren't the only ones who didn't like this constant harassment - I don't know about anywhere else, but 'no thankyou' in the UK usually means 'no thankyou'. We did raise the issue at reception but the guy just smiled as though it were some joke. Other points - if you love Russians, this is the place for you as during our stay there was more than 90% occupancy. Also, I would suggest that the hotel employs more than one staff on the reception desk at the same time so one can deal with guests and one can answer the phone. Nothing worse than queuing to speak to reception, then when you do and you're halfway through a conversation they answer the phone and start dealing with the person's enquiry at the end of the line. It just gives the message that guests who have made the effort to go to reception and wait to speak are not a priority.
Overall - it was OK but if management tell spa and trip sales staff to stop constantly bugging their guests, it would have been more relaxing and a more positive experience.

Thankyou for taking the time to write a review following your recent stay with us in Sea Gardens Resort. I am pleased to see you were pleased with the restaurant service, however i am surprised to see other aspects failed to meet your expectations.

Firstly, regarding your comments about the lack of taste in the food, we wished you had mentioned this to any of the staff in the restaurant or the chefs themselves who would have been more than pleased to cook food for you upon your daily requests.

In response to the constant sales around the pool it's with regret that this had a negative impact upon your stay. We do have the relax times around the pool between 13:00 - 15:00 where sales staff are not allowed to approach the guests, as well as the relax area of the beach where you will fond no sales staff. I will however contact the sales teams to ensure they are not invading guests personal space.

I would also like to assure you the comments regarding the reception will be taken seriously and investigated to ensure such an incident does not occur in the future. There is normally more than one member of staff available at each reception.

Should you decide to return to Sharm in the future we would like to welcome you back to Sea Group Resorts.

Kind Regards
Mourad Iskander

We stayed at sea gardens from 18th March for a week and had a wonderful time. The team here were outstanding, kareem you were a star and we thoroughly enjoyed being served by you each morning. The guys behind the bars and at the towel bar were exceptional too. When we arrived we were given an upgrade to a suite which was lovely and also given our room for an additional hour as we had a later flight, so thank you too the guys in reception too.

The food was fine, not exceptional but found it easy to eat each night and I am fairly fussy. We had one a la carte which was not so good... Meat was tough and not a good meal.

What makes this hotel great is the people.... They are outstanding and always go the extra mile for you. The gardens too are a joy, so beautifully maintained ... Some of the best I have seen. Special thanks also go to Nadine who was a great animator and really looked after us.

Overall I would return here, although sea club was a nearer the beach and newer so may try there next time.

Thank you to every one at sea gardens.

We are very grateful to read your review and recommendation of Sea Gardens Resort following your recent stay with us. It's pleasing to see you found high levels of service throughout the resort and that the team made your holiday a great one.

Should you visit us again in the future i would recommend you try all the Set Menu Restaurants where we will ensure the meat is tender and well cooked. We also have the dine around concept so guests are able to eat in all three main restaurants to choose a theme night which suits them.

We are pleased to see that you enjoyed your time with the animation team, especially Nadine.

Look forward to welcoming you back to Sea Group Resorts in the future.

My boyfriend and I spent 7 days here and loved every minute. As our first time in Egypt, we didn't know what to expect. Staying at the Sea Gardens resort on all inclusive was a dream come true. Being able to walk around each of the different hotels, eat, drink & sunbathe at each ensured we didn't get bored and were spoilt for choice! The staff were friendly and our room was huge with a decent size terrace/balcony as were on the ground floor.

Highly recommended, we will definitely return next time we need some guaranteed sunshine!

Room Tip: we stayed on the ground floor which had a large terrace,

My partner and I visited here in October 2013 for one week. Upon arrival we were very quickly checked in to an enormous suite which was a nice bonus!

The room was very clean, and the beds were ok (a little hard but this is standard!). The only problem with the room was the incredibly loud air conditioning which sadly had to be turned off each night to allow for any kind of sleep.

The pools were large and very clean, and all the staff we encountered were very efficient and friendly. The grounds are kept immaculate and all the

Unfortunately the food was quite poor. We have been to Sharm 5 times and this was the worst as a whole. you could eat in the three main restaurants (don't bother with the a la carte - not good!) and whilst the mexican and american nights were ok the rest were very bland indeed. During the day they occasionally brought out snacks, but these were always burgers or hot dogs and we only spotted it a couple of times. A far cry from the Jaz Mirabel or Prima Rehana. I have to also mention while we were there we both had Egyptian tummy for the first time and it wasn't pretty! My partner thankfully cleared up after a day but I was ill for a good few days. We didn't eat outside of the complex and avoided the ice, so sadly it had to be the food in the hotel which is a real shame.

My only other gripe with the hotel is the lack of wifi. In this day and age all hotels should have free wifi for guests (at the very least in the lobby areas).

Overall it is a nice looking hotel, and the rooms are fine, but there's precious little to do and the food is sub-par at best.
