“Great Hotel and brilliant Staff”
Reviewed 5 July 2012

This hotel in general is amazing. The newer part has a reception that can only be described as luxurious not essential I know but it says it all about the hotel.

Rooms are exceptionally spacious and well maintained and cleaned.

Two Buffet resteraunts one for families and one for adults only. We used the adults only one every night of our 14 night stay have to say the service and food was excellent. Be aware that men have to wear long trousers in this restarant something that caught a lot of people out.

Pool areas are nice some extremly quiet ones and one very noisy one - take your pick.

The beach is shingle and all coral out to the sea - this area is a conservation area so you are not allowed on it. Jetty goes out to very deep water where you can swim and snorkel.

as it was our 4th time in Egypt didnt do any trips, found them all very repetative and not great value for money.

Visited Soho Square which is £5 e.w in a taxi - this is a retail area with shops bars resteraunts and entertainment.

Plenty of shops and bars around the hotel both left and right.

Entertainment was the usual and not our cup of tea so stayed away, Plenty of places to enjoy a drink and a chat.

The staff both in the restaurants and bars are fantastic and nothing ids too much trouble.

A few negatives - Euro 2012 was being shown on a big screen in a nice elevated venue but the drinks were not part of the A.I which i found very annoying.

Not really negative but there have been changes in ownership and problems with contracts so the hotel was only at best 1/3 full (positive in my eyes) - this lead to some resteraunts not opening on certain nights due to poor demand.

We found this hotel outstanding value although I doubt the 2011 early brochure price for 2 weeks A.I will ever be repeated and with the change of ownership and some modernation prices could well rise significantly.

has to be one of the best hotels in the Sinia area if not Egypt.

Room Tip: this is such a big complex its difficult to say where the best rooms are, we stayed in the newer par...

Have been to Egypt 5 times now and the second time at the Royal grand azure ... we will be returning again next June for sure!!! This Hotel is fantastic, very very friendly expecially Kelly who is always willing to help with even the most trivial problem, also Belal our very happy helpful room cleaner nothing was too much trouble for him, he also kept our rooms immaculate and believe me our kids made a mess!!! Thank you to both of you.
We did get a little sick on our weeks stay but this is in no way anything to do with the Hotel cleanliness etc....the rooms and grounds are spotless! was mainly due to too much sun and and probably a little dehydration.
All of the a la carte restaurants a fabulous well worth getting yourself a table booked, there were no queues or hassle booking a table with Kelly so not really sure why people complain about this!! food is of a high standard and service very attentful!
the complex overall is amazing and would highly recommend it to all, families , singles, couples and the elderly( my mum is 80 and loved it) the entertainment crew were truely very funny we laughed hard most evenings especially with the mini play/skits with the lads dressed up as women ,,, Whitney was hilarious!
Our kids loved all of the crew especially the russian girl with the long blonde hair (apologies cannot remember name) she was amazing at her job, very friendly and full of fun!
Please stay here you will be soooo happy you did!

Room Tip: we had rooms next to massage beds and were lovely and quiet.

Dear Tom_edi

Thank you for taking the time to write such a positive review of your stay here with us.

Unfortunately during these hot periods it is very common for people to feel unwell due to dehydration but it was nice to read that it did not affect your stay.

It is great to read that we met all your expectations and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future.

Thank you

Stayed here in April for 2 weeks loved it so much came back for a week on the 16th June. Room nice like last time with a sea and garden view. Weather was over 40c so was boiling air con in the room was brilliant stayed cool all day. Pools were amazing nice tempurature as the sun had heated them all up. Pool staff friendly as always and the bar staff too service was great. The beach is amazing went snorkelling a lot off the jetty saw some awesome fish. Wen we came in april we went on the VIP cruise boat trip with first choice for £50 each... This time we booked with the pyramid company on the beach and this trip only cost £30 each and there was less people on the boat so was much better and there was 3 stops, better than the first choice boat so I would definatley recommend using this boat as its a longer better day out. You can also try diving for an extra £15 each which is a bargain. Food was good, royal restaurant used everyday didn't use ala carte this time as tried all before. New shisha bar above the zodiac restaurant good value only £2 per shisha and they also sell English brand spirits for around £3 each. Room was kept spotless by our housekeeper, it was also my birthday whilst we were there and they brought me up a cake which was really nice of them! Camels on the beach are friendly and bob Marley is the nicest camel ever however negotiate a price before riding haha! Had a really good time didn't want to leave will definatley be returning in the near future.

This is by far the best Hotel I've stayed at. All Inclusive for 2 weeks, I went with 3 friends, it was great, the service was brilliant, the staff were friendly, helpful and polite, we got two rooms, one was a twin room, which was a 'standard' room, which was better than many 'good' rooms you will find anywhere else, the other room was a Junior Suite, which was amazing, it was huge, so much space and was so comfortable to be in. The pools were very good, big and many to choose from, the food was very good, fresh and they were very generous with how much food was available. Not that we had any problems, but if any arose the staff were more than happy to help solve any problems people had, we never came across anyone in the complex that had anything bad to say, the animation team were fantastic, we met some great people, they were very friendly and enjoyed your company, people minded their own business, no one bothered you, we stayed for 2 weeks, but I would of happily stayed for 4 weeks.

Room Tip: Junior Suites are flawless.

Have just returned from RGA stayed from 16/06/2012-30/06/2012 and had a fabulous holiday. The hotels just seems to get better each visit so clean and the gardens are so beautifully
maintained its lovely to walk through them. The guest relations team are always available if you have any problems thank you to Kelly Bella and Oleysa. The bell boys are so accomodating and will give you a lift if they pass you in the ground thank you SayadHassn Marwan and Karam. The hotel was not at its full capacity so there was plenty of sunloungers and brollies at all pools i tended to stay ay the royal pool thank you to Mohamed288 Haney and Ahmed for all your help. The a la carte resteraunts were lovely and favourite one was the Raj the aduls only resteraunt was lovely and was nice to get a pot of coffee brought to your table for breakfast if you go to the Zodiac you have to fill your own cup of coffe from a machine. Never sat in the lobby bar in the evenings as the animation team did not tick my boxes very repetitive. The terrace by the new reception was nice and relaxing in the evenings where you could sit and have a drink and Haney the bar manager ran his team so professionally and always remembered what everyone liked to drink and ready to refill your glass without having to go to the bar. Rooms are so well cleaned daily and my cleaner put fresh flowers in my room thank you again. Will definately return
in 2013 to see you all agin.

Room Tip: i prefer a room near the beach also overlooking the pool 19202.
