“The best!”

This was first trip to Egypt for me, but for others already third and fourth. I must say that it was one of the best experiences for me (for others exactly the same good experience!). Rixos suprised us with such a pleasant people, facilities, food and of course stay! :)
it was really lovely vacation! Thank you, Rixos!

Room Tip: We had a view to the Oasis pool and it was really great. There was music, people and life all around...

to spend our honeymoon my husband and I have stayed at your hotel 4mounts ago. We're very pleased with your hotel. Our room, meals, sea, beach and the staff was extremely good. especially Mr.Tito (the hotel's photographer from Aslan FotoCenter) took us many beautiful pictures. and we can not forget a holiday for our lifetime spent. Thanks a lot to everyone.

Will not write too much as everyone else has covered all the points we would make. We were recommended by friends.
An absolutely brilliant hotel of very good quality - rooms, food in the Zodiac restaurant and all the al a carte restaurants.
The thing that struck us the most was the friendliness of all the staff right down to the gardeners. Nothing was too much trouble. Two staff of exceptional note were Ahmed Ahmed (who likes to be called Amadeus) at the Lagoon Pool Bar - see photo and A.elmaksoud Ragab who's service in the Zodiac restaurant was brilliant.
We had a brilliant holiday and will certainly be back.

Room Tip: There is building work starting on the north side of the hotel and the rooms facing that way were ge...

This was our first trip to Egypt, but it had been highly recommended by friends, so we chose rixos, well what can I say, we were not disappointed, on arrival we were give a glass of champagne and told to sit down while we were checked in ( we are used to queuing for ages), then we were given our LEATHER all inclusive bands !!!! Then we were shown to our room which was THE biggest room that we had ever seen (3133), it was immaculate and the cleaner was lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The food was amazing and so many different choices from a help yourself buffet with a BBQ to the range of al a carte restaraunts, the Italian was my personal favourite but they were all lovely, the heated pool was lovely and the bar staff were fantastic especially Ayman, he never let you finish a drink before another was there!!! The entertainment team were fab, especially Sam, Dylan, Buddha and Adam, very approachable and friendly lads. The bar staff at the evening were lovely and very attentive, especially Mohammed and the guy who makes the drinks behind the bar ( sorry cant remember his name) again drinks were there before last ones we finished. Overall I can honestly say that this is THE most luxurious and accommodating hotel we have ever stayed in and will definitely be returning there ASAP !!!!!!! This is a must see hotel !!!!

What a lovely hotel! We stayed in January but were very lucky with the weather. We ate at a different a la carte restaurant every night, only using the buffet on our arrival and for breakfast. From what we saw of the buffet the food was of a good quality.
All the a la carte restaurants were of a good quality but our favourites by far were the fish restaurant and the Egyptian and we could simply not understand why they weren't busier!
We ate lunch a couple of times at the beachfront restaurant (which became the fish restaurant at night) and this too was of a very high quality.
I must thank the staff in the Indian restaurant for the beautiful cake made for my husband's birthday - far to big for the 2 of us so I hope they enjoyed some too.
We enjoyed some lovely spa treatments, We had the Cleopatra package and facials and they were wonderful; so relaxing and highly recommended, the spa has a lovely atmosphere.
We were travelling out of season so it was not busy at all, I would be interested to see how it would be full because it is so big, I imagine we were lucky to achieve reservations where we pleased and even managed to return to the Egyptian restaurant on our last night.
My husband loved the jetty and the great snorkelling. The sunbeds are great and very plentiful, the fridge of bottled water by the bar is very welcome as our the ice cream booths.
All the staff were amazing and seemed to work very hard; the whole hotel gleamed and it really seemed as though nothing was too much trouble, if your drink was empty another would be fetched, when I said I liked my husband's dessert in the Italian the waiter went off to fetch me one too! The staff were constantly on the move and busy but not too busy to pass the time of day and encourage our (struggling) attempts at Arabic.
We hired cycles for an hour and rode left out of the hotel grounds past all the other hotels on the beach path and saw some other lovely hotels but ours seemed the best by far.
A lovely hotel made all the better by the amazing staff. Well done Rixos!

This was our 7th time in Sharm and we have been to some of the very best hotels here. The Rixos really took the all-inclusive concept to new levels. They call it utra all-inclusive and it really was.
We were lucky enough to receive a room upgrade from superior to deluxe - wow what a room! The room was immaculate, quality furnished, brilliant bathroom with walk-in shower and bath and super magnifying mirror (ladies take note) This room was on a par with the Wynn and Bellagio in Las Vegas - believe me!
I believe there were 11 pools (we never saw them all) as we found our favourite one and used this daily. Pool and Beach towels were large and high quality and the service from the pool bar staff (swim-up) was both immaculate and attentive - nothing was too much trouble - sincere thanks to Ahmed who really took great care us of here each day and in the evening at the piano bar.
We were not that bothered about the daily animation activities but the staff asked us once daily if we would like to participate and took a polite no thank you professionally and did not bother us again. In the evening however, we often visited the varied entertainment programme centred in a purpose built outside theatre adjacent to the lounge. We particularly enjoyed the Tuesday and Friday beach parties which were brilliant!
I have to say a particular thank you to Peter at the beach bar. He and the other staff made the evening ambience here memorable and the service was always absolutely impeccable here.
All-inclusive guests could visit each one of the different a-la-carte restaurants once. The variety offered here was extensive - Indian, Egyptian, Seafood, Sushi, Oriental and Italian. We are very fussy eaters and prefer the choice of the buffet but we did try the seafood restaurant which was excellent - the seafood soup and sea bass were first-class. As a result, the buffet was our main port of call and this exceeded our expectations of a buffet. The quality and variety of the various fare offered to guests was truly outstanding. This was combined with excellent, attentive service from all the waiters who simply could not do enough to make each meal a joy - many thanks to you all!

All in all a memorable holiday and we were really reluctant to leave after our week here. We really needed a break and the Rixos experience really helped us to both relax and recharge. We will definitely return next year and if you are seeking real 5 star quality in Sharm, I urge you to seriously consider the Rixos.

Room Tip: You get late returners to rooms everywhere on holiday. Try and get a room away from the stairs to m...

I am not normally moved to write a review, unless it is to give constructive feedback HOWEVER.....this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in, ANYWHERE.

From the hassle free check in and the stylish 'All Inclusive' bracelets (which are actually leather bracelets rather than the hospital in patient plastic things I have had to wear elsewhere) to the very last few minutes we spent in the hotel, I could not find a single thing to be critical about.

The beds were a little odd - rock hard, but with matress toppers which made them ultra comfy! Our room was only set up for 2 people and we were a family of 3, but as soon as the chap helping us with the luggage saw this, he immediately got onto reception and we had an extra bed in the room in less than 5 minutes! 10 minutes after that we had a call from Reception to check that all was ok for us now, and apologising for not having the 3rd bed set up for us on arival. we also had a further call the next day, just to check that everything was satisfactory, and reminding us that the mini-bar was included in the all inclusive tariff.

Every single member of staff greeted us with a smile and a warm welcome - from the 'service' staff such as waiter/bar/reception staff all the way to the gardeners and maintence men. They were all very helpful and if we were struggling to do anything, or carry anthing they were right there asking if they could help.

It is a large hotel, but the zippy golf carts are always on hand to carry you to the beach/restaurants or back to your room.

10 pools - one of which is heated means that there was never a scabble for sunbeds - no need to get up early to reserve a space! Granted the hotel was not full, but for a couple of days we almost had our favourite pool (not heated) to ourselves.

Pool towels were huge and very soft, and I loved the red flags you could get from the towel man, which you could hang from your parasol to let the team know that you did not want to be bothered (so annimation Team would not ask you to join in to activities/SPA staff would not try to interest you in a massage etc)

We did use the Dive Centre, and they were excellent. I am a qualified Diver, but my daughter got her PADI while we were there, and I sat in on her lessons as a refresher for me. The instruction was 1-2-1 and their english was excellent. Our Instructor (called Hisam) was very patient, and made the whole experience fun. The Dive Centre is the Pyramids Dive Centre and they are at 3 hotels plus run boat trips and snorkelling/dive trips locally.

If you want to snorkel from the beach, this is the only thing the hotel falls down on, and it is not their fault - it is just that as thier location is not in a bay, the sea is not as flat calm as further down the coast (Sharks Bay etc), you can still snorkel, but there is a current to be aware of. The lifeguards are very vigillant.

8 A La Carte restaurants! All very easy to book via the machines in the 2 reception areas. We ate in all of them except the Italian, and they were all excellent quality - as was the main bufett restaurant. The buffet food was constantly being refreshed, so was always hot.

I would really like to write a poor review of this hotel, and put everyone off going there, just so when we go back we can have it to ourselves........but really, it is an excellent hotel and I would recommend it to everyone.
