We have stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel twice in the past year and each time we have found the location, accommodation, food and the service from all of the staff to be excellent we would recommend this hotel to family and friends and would definitely stay there again.
We upgraded to the Marine Club Room which was excellent the room was serviced every day to a high standard and the facilities included in the room where excellent.
The cleaning staff could not be more helpful if they tried they honestly were out of this world.
The food in the restaurant was an International theme every night and never a shortage of food it was well displayed.
The waiters and waitresses were always at hand to remove plates and supply drinks.
The management ensured a casual dress code for the restaurant at the evening meal.
The beach/pool staff were always at hand and very helpful.
Regular entertainment day and night.
We were invited to the General Managers cocktail party at the Crow's Nest (bar) for drinks and nibbles which was very enjoyable.

We've just come back from a fortnight spent at the Radisson Blu and the hotel lives up to its standards. The food is excellent and varied. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel staff was very nice and eager to please. Snorkeling is absolutely fabulous and you really get to see plenty of colourful fish at the end of the jetty.
Our stay would have been perfect expect for one person : a guy nicknamed Mimo who works for Pharaoh Divers (they have an office on the hotel premises) and who told us several lies to make us buy an expensive cruise tour to Tiran island. He showed us pictures of a five star boat and we ended up on a plain , dirty and rusty boat. He guaranteed us we would be taken to a special place where we could see dolphins but of course , it was not included in the tour at all. I told him how disappointed I was after the trip but he just invented more lies to avoid taking responsibility. I would definitely advise you against trusting anything he says.
Anyway , I would recommend this hotel if you want to relax and go snorkeling : the coral reef is awesome. Don't forget your mask , your tuba and your fins !

We stayed at the Radisson Blu from the 5th to 16th July,10, all inclusive 11 nights to celebrate our 30th wedding aniversary. To be very honest, this was our fourth visit to Egypt and 2 days before we travelled , we were looking at trip advisor and were almost on the verge of cancelling this accomodation as the reviews were so bad. We went with very low expectations and were very pleasantly surprised. On arrival, we were upgraded to a Marine room 3254 as it was our anniversary, with pool and sea view. The room was spotless, well furnished and had a huge comfy bed, well equpped bathroom, dressing room and tea making facilities. It was kept spotless by our room boy Arhmed, who took great pride in his work. We had quite a collection of towel art on this hiliday and on our actual anniversary Arhmed had decorated our bed beautifully, with a towelling wedding cake and petal confetti. Gardens, pool, bars etc. were all spotless and immaculate. Trip advisor had said that you could not get a sunbed after 6.30 am. Total rubbish. There were always plenty of sunbeds with sunshades, both round the pool and on the beach at any time. The food in the all inclusive restaurant was not too bad. There was always something tasty to eat. The main restaurant was indoor and outdoor. We ate inside at breakfast and outside in the evening. We found it less noisy and had far more of a restaurant feel, rather than a cafe. Bar staf there did their best to keep up with customer orders for drinks, but were run off their feet, but always had a smile. We had lunch at the Trade Winds on the beach. A much smaller s5election of food, but adequate for what we wanted and we always had first class bar service from our waiter Mohammed. Beach bar service was also first class and we were looked after by Garmel, who always had a smile for his customers. Pool bar service was not initially brilliant, but during our stayed a new bar manager Moustafa arrived and service took a much needed turn for the better. During our stay, we were invited to the managers coctail party, which was very nice and got talking to the main food and beverages manager. He was very interested in feedback.. We asked if he could suggest a nice place for a special meal for our anniversay. He did reccomend the Italian a'la carte and booked a table for us. If you were all inclusive you had a 25% discount. Our meal was in a beautiful setting and the food was incredible. The chef would always come out and ask if you enjoyed his food. It was a lovely surprise to have a complementary bottle of wine and a wonderful 25 portion cake, complete with happy anniversary iced on it. The staff made our night memorable. Later inn the holiday we had the mediteranian buffet by the pool. We chose the fish buffet, which was served to your table. First class food with very good entertainment. The only dissappointment was the dive centre was closed for a refurb and opened on our last day. There were quite a few different nationalities, Egyptians, Italians, Russians and Eastern Europeans. All in all we had a lovely holiday and found that common courtesy(please and thankyou), went along way. Treat the staff with the respect they deserve and you with reap the rewards. Would we go again? yES.

We went to the Radisson Blu for 1 week and I had booked it on the net, so my only choice was the BB option. I didn't know that other options, like the all inclusive was available.
After spending 3 days with the BB option and hassling to find nice place for lunch and dinner. The option to eat at the hotel was expensive as I had 2 kids 12 and 14.
So we asked at the lobby if we can upgrade to the all inclusive. I was reffered to the F&B manager who offered me 2 options. The first was to have all the food at the restaurant of the main cafeteria @ 30Euro/day with all the local drinks, and the other option was to go to any of the 4 restaurant at the hotel( Fish, Italian, Pizzeria, Lebanese) any time and eat a la carte whatever you feel like. After considering the amount of people that goes to eat on a daily basis to the main caff, we opted to take the second option. And boy did we make the right choice. We where treated like kings every time we went to eat. No line up on any food, except in the morning as it is part of the night charge, so we all eat at the main Caff. Lunch and dinner was just a breeze to go and sit right away and get served the food we choose and any of the local drinks. That upgrade worth every penny we spent, as you will cover your cost very quickly. If you go to that hotel make sure you get offered the option to eat a la carte. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The service is instant and and the staff give lots of attention to any request you have. The beach and the swimming pool are just amazing, all my family have enjoyed it very much. I will go back again any time.

This was our second holiday at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and we had another fantastic time. We stayed for one week and up-graded to a Deluxe room which meant that we had a beach front location :-)) and also took the 'All Inclusive' option which is great value for money. Ths staff at the hotel are so kind and attentive to the guests, nothing seems too much trouble for them, they certainly live up to their 'Yes I can' philosophy.
From the staff in the Front Office to the waiters in the restaurants/bars to the cleaners of the rooms everyone is genuinely happy to help and always have the time to say good morning/afternoon to you. My 17 year old daughter had a great time with the Animation team, they practically adopted her for the week, and this made the holiday really special for her. The food was always tasty and plentiful, please remember that you are in Egypt so don't expect fish/burger and chips all the time - be adventureous and try some of the local dishes.
When you visit the same hotel for a second time you are always a little worried that it will not be as good as the first time around - this was not the case for us we enjoyed it just as much, if not a bit more, than last year and we will certainly be going back again next year.
Final words - a big THANK YOU to all that staff at Radisson Blu Hotel, Sharm El Sheikh for giving us a great holiday in 2010 - see you all again next year.

We (Family group of 6) have just return from a week stay at the Radisson Blu in Nabq. Please ignore the bad reviews for this hotel. We found the staff to be fantastic and they could not do enough for us. The rooms (we had three garden rooms) were enormous and kept beautifully clean. Ahmed kept us well entertained with his animal bed "art" and went to a great deal of trouble on my bithday to decorate the bed with a bath towel birthday cake and large amounts of flowers from the gardens.Likewise Mohammed in the dinning room(turn left as you go in) organised the table to be decorated , a band of kitchen utensils played with gusto by the waiters and a birthday cake. Fanastic people ! There was a variety of themed buffets catering for all nationalities and none of us were ill.
Between the six of us we have travelled all over the world from 1star backpackers hostels to 6 star luxury and this hotel offers good facilities for a relaxing holiday. If you want raving nightlife - stay in Naama- if you want a great hotel as a base for exploring then this is it. We went to Mount Sinai and Petra in Jordan- trips arranged through Youtravel.com-(also very good). Would be pleased to supply further information if anyone interested.

The first thing we'd like to comment about this hotel would have to be the best thing about it in our view and that is the staff, from the chefs in the resteraunt to the cleaner in our room they were all very helpful, friendly and cheerful. In particular Mohammed#1 (waiter) was great making sure we were totally relaxed and satisfied, our cleaner Ahmed was also a little delight making us towel creatures for the full fortnight! the animation team were simply superb (Sam, Bazuka, kaka and in particularly Ahmed aka Ali G!!!) these simply made our holiday, one negative comment however would be about the animation teams manager Can, unfortunately he was not as professional as his colleagues and we frequently saw him shouting at members of the animation team infront of guests which we thought was a disgrace, frankly the word bully came to mind since the lads worked from 10 in the morning and didnt stop until they had seen us safely back to the hotel at 04.30am after a superb night out!! Another negative would have to be the people selling things in the resort, be sure to negotiate a price before commiting to buy as we found out the hard way and had a confrontation with some gents at the beach (henna tattoo) Anyway . . . apart from the 2 negatives it was a fantastic holiday and we would definantley fo back to this hotel even if it was just to see the staff again! For all of the neagative reviews written about this hotel on this site- these people must be extremely fussy, we were not actually meant to go to this hotel but at the last minute our holiday company had to move us, and it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened!!! :) :) :)
