The waiters, bar staff and deffo animation team especially Gemma is what makes the hotel so fun, me and my 4 friends went there for a girlie holiday, it was both chilled and messy which is what we wanted, the hotel was relaxing for the day but then at night Gemma would take us out to naama bay, we felt welcome by all the staff, we loved the fact that the pool bar was 24 hours so one night we went back to the bar after a night out for a cup on tea and juice, just a shame that night got ruined by a rude guest which was not dealt with correctly by the night manager, overall was a brill holiday and would def stay there again

This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! would you honestly expect to go to a 4 - 5 * hotel in 40 degree heat and have NO Air con in the reception and even worse in the restaurant where you got eat 3 times a day and to escape the sun for a while! the start of the holiday was nightmare get to the room unpack get in the shower and bam lights out power cut! Call reception to see what's going on they said they would send someone to room did they do it? did they hell! went out for the evening got back into reception asked if the room had power again I was promised it did (there's no way you can sleep without the Aircon ) I had a feeling it hadn't so walked back to room and surprise surprise we had no power!!! I went back to the reception in a rage and all I saw in front of me was 3 receptionists with sweat dripping from there foreheads due to no aircon I just couldn't take anymore and said to them how can you work in here with no aircon it was unbelievable. The food was vile I would compare it to trays of slop! the bread rolls and bakery however were nice and what I ate when I did! also I was excited to find out about the pizza bar at the beach however when I got there and noticed dried up bird poo on the hot stone that it was cooked on put me off! rooms are very dated! its a very low budget hotel and lets put it this way very Jeremy Kyle! not the place for young couples! please pay the extra £100 - £150 pp for a much better hotel in narma bay as that's where went every night and was very cheap and great fun!

The hotel is not good. Large area, there are two swimming pools, one of them with the slides. Liked the beach, there's a good sunset at sea. The variety of food is not great but always has something to eat. Very good animation team! Thanks Atuke, Yulia and Sergei for lovely holiday and fun this week!!

After reading some bad reviews we were a little worried about the hotel. However, the staff were super friendly and very helpful, rooms were clean and fine, no problems. Really quiet, always enough sunbeds and space. Pools were lovely. Also, don't need to bring your own cup like others say, just smile and be nice to the bar staff and they will give you large glasses! Food would be the only issue, not fantastic but didn't make us Ill. You get what you pay for and this being the slightly cheaper hotel in the area, we certainly had a great deal, as others on our transfer who stayed at more expensive hotels all complained about the food!

When booking excursions make sure you go to Salah! He is stationed within the resort. You will be asked to attend a meeting the day after you arrive with your resort rep. Your rep will try to sell you the same excursions which he is not meant to be selling and at double the price. To save yourself money and to get a better experience and be looked after, make sure you go to Salah! Salah made our holiday, he was very friendly, trustworthy, and knows a lot about the resort and all the excursions. I would recommend the dolphin swim, fantastic! And reasonably priced, although double the price if you go with the rep!!

The snorkelling on the private beach was amazing, just go and buy a snorkel for the shop and you can be entertained all week!!

The thing to remember with this hotel is it is not really a five star hotel, (used to be but needs more upkeep) but at the end of the day it is a cheap all inclusive holiday, money well spent!!

My husband and I have just come back on a memorable trip and stayed on an all inclusive holiday. All the staff were polite, prompt and friendly and very helpful nothing was a problem for them.We stayed for 14 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a sea view room in block 25 although not suitable for people with limited mobility as you have to walk down flight of stairs to the room. Otherwise alternative rooms are availabl.
Would certainly recommend and would go back.
Thank you team for making our holiday memorable.

Very nice hotel but definitely showing its age !! However all rooms & amenities were very clean & tidy. Private beach is very good split into quiet beach & bar area The pool is one of the best in the area as they don't cool it !!! It's cold enough to dip in to cool down but doesn't take your breath away. Simple & limited food but most of it edible fresh bread cooked on site each meal time. Usual small plastic cups for drinks so take your own if your thirsty ,, lol overall no bad complaints & would visit again as the weather is fantastic all year round. Recommend a taxi to the 3 crowns for dinner it's brilliant British menu just for a change or the Union Jack, both around £4 taxi fare each journey 3crowns does fillet steak & trimmings for less than a £10
Staff were good all over the resort . All in all 8 out of 10, nice wee water park on site as we'll was rather good

Stayed here for two weeks as a couple found most of the staff very friendly and helpful.. the Animation team were all fab and kept us entertained throughout, with varies activities that you could join in with if you wanted too especially Gemma and Jess who were very approachable and friendly and always had a smile, A Class. The rooms cleaned daily and at least there was hot water for a shower. Power did go off several times which meant the air con went off but it was never off for very long. Food choice was limited but what was on offer was tasty, although there was a lot of Pasta and rice in varies forms daily, there was a constant shortage of spoons so the soup and deserts proved tricky to eat and you had to wait quite a while to be offered a drink although some staff were better than others. The pool bar did often run out of drinks but they would always try to offer you an alternative. The pool was fab and there were always plenty of sun beds with just the right amount of space between them. Overall I would say it was the animation team that made our holiday, keep up the good work guys.
