Found the hotel was very good hotel it is on great ground with a brilliant beach the service in my opinion and my partners was very poor and unacceptable in the restaurant seeing as we had been there 3 times the pool bar service was good. Bradlee in the English bar was brilliant and he and Gemma from the animation team are a credit to the hotel and wish them luck in the future they both made the holiday brilliant thank you both so so much.
Thanks lewis and Sam

Wright i don't know where to start hotel gardens and pool's very nice and looked after better than the guests the restaurant is not big enough for the resort you have to fight for a table so never ate in there spent so much money eating out when it was meant to be all inclusive the English entertainment team brad and Gemma made you feel so welcome unlike the staff at reception they are so rude and the manager's daughter well don't even go there she is meant to be 12 she is more like 28 who needs to get some manners rant over as we are back to reality now all that matters is that my 3 boy's enjoyed themselves :)

Very much this hotel was pleasant! huge beautiful territory, beautiful sea! Very sociable personnel and always the friendly. Always was than to occupy: water aerobics (at the pool and in the sea), darts, volleyball in the morning and in the afternoon. Separate thanks for evening departures in different clubs, was very cheerful. As, remarkable animators who will always find time very much pleased to communicate to you. Separate thanks Amilya and Danila for their friendliness, a positive, activity, without you our rest would be boring and isn't interesting! Thanks to the animator Atuka for his energy with which it loads all surrounding and eternal dances everywhere and always! Already we miss you!

Upon arrival to hotel we saw demolition work ongoing at the hotel, to which we thought oh gosh what have we arrived at? We arrived early evening and checked in and got took to our room which was the other side of the complex overlooking the beach, as the children called it we had a mountain to go down/up each day - not good if ur not fit? The only good things in the complex were salah (excursions-book them through him) ,the pool, water slides, recreation team (towel boys) and Adam from the beauty salon (opposite the hotel). The drinks at the pool bar are served in small plastic cups unless ur a Russian u get full measures and most of the time drinks weren't available (have to pay for cocktails). The restaurant is one never to be used due to the staff being rude and arrogant and the food is disgusting, most of the time the food wasn't even ready in the compartments. They catered for the Russians , never the British! Bradley and Gemma are brilliant in the animation team.Rooms very basic, laundry guy was nice and polite- got extra towels everyday and made various things out of them cus we had children. To be looked after throughout the trip you had to tip the staff to get the best possible service - DO not book this hotel!! Not a 5* hotel

Went to this hotel for 11 days, most days all the whisky and beer run out and had to wait long time to get it sorted, poor food as the staff in the kitchen were not very nice to you and not that much food was given. A lot of barman like Ashrof, Ahmed, Amr and Mahmud were very nice people and they would make sure you had what you need and also very nice to kids, never forget them. Animation was getting better within the last days as i spoke to the manager and he sorted it out and english language was finally spoken! Animation team was alright but the best and nicest people you would ever meet was Atuka from Georgia and Samir from Italy! Without them hotel wouldnt be nice at all. Mostly russian population which they were not too nice to other people. Overall hotel is nice, swimming pool very good, lifeguards very nice like Adam, all these people deserve to get better pay for how much work they put in to make the hotel much better place as the owner of the hotel has no clue how to manage his own hotel.

Room Tip: only get double room but not worth it as most good staff are leaving as the hotel aint good

We booked the Hauza Beach as we had been twice before. It has went down hill.
Please don't waste your money by going to this place.
Entertainment is never in English, Kids club with staff that can't speak to kids as they don't understand English. They have a beach party everyweek at a cost, we payed and they shut the bar at 11.45pm and it only started at 10.30pm. Then refused to give us our money back!!!
All inclusive- They ran out of Juice, water and Alcohol every day/night and then asked you to go to English bar upstairs where you had to pay for it!! They were supposed to have snacks at pool everyday, never had snacks once.
The rooms are surfaced cleaned, don't expect anything more. Some of the management leave a lot to be desired, our kids were ignored.
We did complain and we are still waiting to see manager!! We are now home!!
We had a great holiday as we spent most of the time out of resort, this was a cost to us but they are so many hotels that deserve your customs. This hotel is an embarrassment, will never return here again. The worst thing is we booked thinking it would be the same as it had been twice before how disappointed are we!!

Room Tip: Don't book !!!
