The beach, the pools and the hospitality from all the staff was fantastic. The service from all the staff at the Al Zaytoon resaturant was first class. The food was amazing,

The only negative comment i would make is that room was not of 5 star standard, our room was dusty on our first day however the staff soon put that right.

Overall an amazing experince and hope to visit again.

I,together with my wife, and our three children spent 7 nights/8 days at the Jaz Mirabel Beach resort 12-19 July 2012.
We all loved this resort.Public areas, swimming pools,kids play areas, grounds,dining room, have always been Very clean. Staff, animation and entertainment team, were amazingly helpful and friendly. Food was always very tasty throughout the whole day (we had the all inclusive). Too bad there was so much food wasted.Rooms were spacious, and bathrooms were always very clean as well.
It would be good if tea and coffee facilities were available in rooms.
For tours, its always better you ask the front desk. I though I would be smart and save some money on one of the tours, and I ended up paying much more than what I have been offered at the front desk. WIFI is available in lobby area. It took us a while to find out how to connect for free. In rooms, you have to buy internet access cards to surf the net.
Went to the Aqua park, got a good deal from the resort, with transportation back and forth, it was worth it , we all had a wonderful day.

I have nothing more to say, but to thank management and staff for such a wonderful, professional service. We will recommend this resort to all of our friends, and we will for sure come again.

Got back on the 31st August after 2 weeks at Jaz Mirabel Beach. It is a very comfortable relaxing hotel but what made our holiday so lovely was the staff. Abdul in the adults restaurant was amazing, he did everything he could to make a meal to suit anyones taste especilly his extra special pasta, thanks Abdul. Lobna was also lovely showing us to our table each day.
The chinese, lebanese and italian restaurants also had fantastic food.
Many thanks also to asama and kalibe at the blue bar who bought us drinks to our sunbeds everyday. Our son matt got on with many staff in the bars near reception especially Walied Abo El Ella. Jodie on guest relations is so easy to talk to and will help in any way she can also angie the thompson rep.
The only bad point was the pharmacist who charged us £40 for medication for a bad tummy , its cheaper at other places.
We did 2 amazing trips, the first was the ultimate dessert and then the VIP cruise snorkeling these are a must do whilst you are there. We also met some lovely friends simon and liz which we hope to see again.

We have recently returned to the UK from the Jaz Mirabel Beach in Sharm El Sheikh and i have to say it was first class, from the moment you arrive to the depressing day that you leave, the staff try their best to make your stay as confortable as possible, we had 2 family rooms adjacent to each other and 3 teenagers who we never saw literally from morning until night, they made loads of teenage friends and after the first week everyday was a crying day (in a nice way) because one of their friends were leaving, the hotel itself is very clean spacious as are the pool areas, the entertainment at night was normally two young Russian girls who can only be described as the Russian version of the Cheeky Girls, the staff at the hotel could not do enough for you, starting with Jodi the Guest relations Manager, Mohammed Mouhktar the funniest waiter on the planet, Daniel who is part of the animation team, Osama and his pal who work one of the pool bars, Emad who cleaned both our family rooms and put everything in place, Tamasz the young pool attendant and so many more we could not mention, people who say they are stood with their hands out waiting on tips are dreaming, if you tip you tip and yes you may get a bit better service or be remembered throughout your stay but thats your prerogative, we never ventured out for the full two weeks which tells you everything about the place, if there was a downside it would be the food because it was literally all buffet style and not to my taste and after i spoke to Jodi about this she said it would be improving with immediate effect, the other downside was we were there at the end of Ramadam when the hotel was swarmed like locusts and they come with all their very large families and take over the place and don't care about you or the staff, the manners and discipline are appalling so avaoid this date which i believe is in July 2013, anyway fabulous holiday all round and would definitely return.

Arrived back from Jaz Mirabel Beach Saturday 1st September. On the whole the holiday was lovely, but lacked a little TLC in places. The hotel was beautiful and the rooms very spacious and clean. However the restaurants and pool snack bars could do with reviewing. The main family restaurant was a nightmare i.e. whilst waiting in the queue people who could communicate with the doorman just jumped the queue, which not only annoyed my family but many others waiting, once inside it was a free for all not nice at all. Fortunately our son who was travelling with us is 13 which meant we were able to use the adult only one next door which was lovely. The food they served was nice but basic with not a great deal of choice compared to other hotels we have previously stayed in. The pool snack bars had a fair choice for lunch/snacks but the main concern was the birds. As soon as you left your table if your plates had not been taken away they were straight on there eating your left overs, also purching on nearby tables and condiments. Not Good! Many chairs had bird poop on them. Each room had a mini-bar which should be free but isn't however they did provide free bottled water from the bars. but if you drink the bottled water out of your mini-bar you will be charged for it (£2 a bottle). I would go back I just dont think its five star quality.The Thomson reps were very nice, helpful and organised.
