We spent 11 nights at the Jaz Mirabel Beach. I had some reservations about visiting an all inclusive resort our only other experience had been poor. However, it couldn't have been better.
The food was just fantastic (although I did hear a few Brits moan about the lack of chips and sausages - yeuch!). The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. The hotel and beach were perfectly clean and no pressure of space. The spa was just what it should be.
Sharm is not a cultural centre, so dont visit here expecting pyramids and temples(but a day trip to Cairo is recommended - take the plane). What Sharm does offer is the perfect destination for some sun, pampering and relaxation. We would definitely visit this hotel again.

My Group and I found the Hotel and its surrounds very good indeed. The staff in the Restaraunt could not be more helpful in making our stay last in our minds for a long time
I did find not having a lift of any sort made one walk a lot further to get up to the Main Lobby area , and with friends having walking problems the ramp was not quite the correct solution... I would have liked to see a better evening programmes put on as many did not want to just sit and drink all evening... and SMOKING WAS ALLOWED IN THE BAR AREA'S INSIDE AS WELL AS OUT....!!!!!!!

Returned on the 2 April after 11 days in the sun.We found the food very good with an excellent variation of choice in the main dining room & in the lunchtime snack bars.Evenings were very quiet & a lack of good quality entertainment.Alcoholic drinks & wine were very drinkable & just kept coming.

This is a great property that is meticulously maintained, and while most try hard to please customers, the experience is made rather unpleasant and downright unbearable by a few rouge employees. We had many issues with the Bellman, the Omelet/Pasta guy (Walid S.) was mean, unpleasant, and rude, and often when we asked for certain drinks from the menu at the bars, service was turned down until we asked for a manager. You shouldn’t have to keep asking for managers to get things done on your vacation.

I found most of the staff to be unprofessional, amateur and lack some serious training in 5 stars hospitality. Some of the staff are overworked as well and don’t enjoy their work, which really takes away from the whole experience. We quickly decided not to extend our stay and possibly not be repeat visitors or even recommend the hotel.

Jaz Mirabel Beach is a very large, smart and very well maintained complex. It is contiguous with the smaller JM Sport and Club hotels. All staff are very friendly and helpful. The all inclusive package is good value with good quality and quantity food. There are 3 additional a la carte restaurants , the best of which is the Italian, for which you pay extra, one visit may be covered in your tour operator package, The location in Nabq bay is quiet compared to the mad bustle of Naama bay but probably better for it. There are five or so large and smart pools. Overall a smart clean and friendly hotel that is very good value for the high level of quality.

Have just returned from a week at the Mirabel Beach, and have to say that we had a fantastic week, and would have given it a 5 but for a few minor things that I will say in a moment. On the plus side the hotel is very clean and very well run, the rooms and the grounds are always spotless, the staff work very hard to keep it that way.
Our room should have only been a double but we had a family room and it was massive with a lovely pool view, so this was a good start to the week.
As everybody else has said there was never a problem with sunbeds, there were plenty to go round, and no one getting up early to put towels out.
The few minor bad points I would like to make are. For the first couple of nights there was only 1 main restaurant open, as they were painting the other 1, this made the 1 that was open very busy, and we later felt that the food in the other restaurant was a bit better, some of the food was a bit to fancy, they seemed to put loads into making the food look fancy, and this food was normally the stuff that got left. If you are one that likes your chips, then you can get plenty during the day at the snack bars, but the food at the main restaurant had great food at lunch times as well.
The mini bar is not part of your all inclusive, which seems odd, as we have never had this at any other all inclusive, the ala carte restaurants were also not part of the all inclusive deal, another first for us. One other thing that puzzled us was that you could use all of the pools at the other 2 hotels on the complex, but you could not have anything to eat or drink at these pools on your all inclusive, so if you took the kids to the water park at the Mirabel Park, you would have to pay for your drinks and food!!
All said and done this is a fantastic hotel and we would go back there.

Having put off visiting Egypt for a long time it was with some trepidation that we booked this holiday. However, we were not disappointed, the Hotel is fabulous; excellent facilites, friendly hardworking staff who certainly did not hang around waiting on tips, in fact the very opposite, we had to hold them back on occasions to give them tips. You could have eaten dinner of the walkways & pool surounds, not a speck of dirt or mess anywhere. the food was first class, always plenty of choice, which was well cooked & well presented. The main resturaunt may not appeal to all as it is slightly cafeteria like in style but we never had any complaints. All in all an exellent week of winter sunshine, Definitely would return to the Jaz Mirabel
