This holiday was everything you could wish for!! Quiet not alot to do peaceful by the pool, amazing beach, great choice of food, drinks, beach bar for when you were thirsty or wanted a ice lolly on the beach. Private beach, clear seas perfect romantic get away.
A hotel limo/taxi is £10 to nama bay return & its 10 mins away. the drinks are quite pricey there but food is amazing & very cheap. We didnt shop because you get hassled alot & my partner got quite annoyed with this so be prepared.
We travelled with thomson & the reps were great only problem is you relax that much the week runs away with you and before you know it, its nearly time to go home, & you havent done any excursions so on the 2nd to last day we booked a boat trip were you could go snorkeling it was around £40 each & well worth the money all your food and drinks were included & they stop of on the way for you to rent snorkels & flippers they are essential however they will try & get you to rent wet suits belive me it was winter when we went & you do not need them! But it was amazing the food on the boat you couldnt fault they were really friendly & the fish you see snorkling are just out of this world! it is a must, the boat provides life jackets & there is 3 to 4 proffesional divers at hand if your not the strongest of swimmers. You do 3 different dives & they were all fantastic.
Back to the hotel the rooms are really modern & plush. free safe & mini bar. The bathrooms are basic but done to a high finish. The hotel is so clean they never stop with the windows floors, counters you name it, its being cleaned. all the staff aswell are male you wont see any egyptian women think its there culture. And I wouldnt advise going out of the complex unless to nama bay as we did one night and it was quite scary we got 3 mins up the road & hurried back to the hotel it isnt very built up & alot of eygptian men start shouting things at you & what not. & if you travel along the beach to the left there are hotels in the process of being built & children in cardboard boxes selling home made braclets & necklaces & other bits which brings abit of a tear to your eye they dont beg you but they are there.
Also try out the spa we also had a massage together think a full body was around £35 it was very relaxing and romantic as we both had it done together side by side, I would recomend one.
also we didnt get bitten once all holiday!! :)
All in all anyone who doesnt like this hotel is out of there mind and must be used to staying in that 7star hotel in Dubia. Gaurenteed you will enjoy it!! Definatly a must visit hotel we will definatly be going back just not in a hurry as last time we went we came home with our little boy & not ready for another just yet.

Just got back from a 2 week stay at this hotel & cannot fault any part of it 10 out of 10. Highly recommend this 5 star to anyone wanting to go to Sharm on an All Inc holiday. This hotel is one of the last at the end of Nabq & I would say a hidden gem. My partner & I wanted a restful 2 week holiday in a luxury hotel & we got all we wished for plus more. Food great, staff excellent, hotel very clean, gardens well maintained, nothing too much trouble. The hotel is 70% dominated by Brits (couples & families) & the Egyptians love the Brits. Weather was sensational 37c to 40c, so now have a great sun tan. Beach at the end of the complex so close to everything & you have a choice of 4 pools. Beach towels supplied fresh everyday & they are bath sheet size (egyptian cotton of course) so will cover your sun bed. No one puts towels out to reserve a bed, because there are so many available. Hotel entertainment good & they went all out to show the first England World Cup match on Saturday by putting a large screen outside & setting numerous chairs for the guests. They really work hard & earn their tips. I have read many different reviews here on trip advisor from previous guests & I have no idea why some people complain about the food? The hotel food was more than acceptable with a different theme everynight. You have to appreciate that you are not in the UK & like any far off destination they have their traditions as we have ours. They really try to accomodate any request which they did for some guests whilst I was there & tipped hat to the chefs they work damm hard. You MUST use your Al a Carte vouchers, because the Italian Al a carte resturant food is to die for & should not be missed. There are two ther Al a carte resturants that you can choose from (Lebanise & Asian). Did not have any tummy upsetts, just the odd twinge but you have to appreciate that your body is getting used to different water & foods so it is only to be expected. Hotel are not poisioning you in anyway. We went on three excursions booked through Thomsons & we enjoyed them all & thought that they were value for money. We did Sinai by Starlight (£40), Cairo by coach (£79) (7 hours there & back)very long day 24 hours in total but you could go by air if you want to pay £179 per person. Very much worth it to see the Pyramids at Giza, egyptian museum, citadel & lunch on the nile & we also went Quad biking in the Sinai dessert (£40). Be prepared for locals to be hasseling you to go into their shops & to buy, just say NO & they will leave you alone, but it happens lots. Local town is Nabq & the La Strada is a 20min walk from hotel but easy. Plenty of night life & shops/supermarkets in the town, so go & visit its much cheaper than resort shops. Be prepared to take plenty of spending money (Egyptian pounds) as it is expected of you to tip room person, waiters, bar staff, bell boy etc & also be prepared for HIGH prices in the shops on site. Example 1 bag of kettle crisps, bag of M&Ms, bounty & a mars bar cost us £9.00. Airport prices are far more ridiculous, a can of red bull was £6 & aftershave & perfume are double the price in the UK, so get your duty free this side. Overall holiday experience was exceptional & would recommend the Red Sea & Jaz Mirable beach to anyone. Thank you Jaz Mirabel Beach for a great 2 weeks, see you again next year!!!

We stayed here with a party of friends for a special birthday . The rooms were fantastic, slippers and bathrobes included and very clean. The facilities including the Spa were great and there were plenty of sunbeds on the beach, so you didn't feel crammed in. There is a beach party once a week which is great fun and the hotel runs a minibus service to Naama Bay for a small charge.

There was plenty of choice at the restaurants, even for fussy eaters like me!! and no holiday tummy either, a real bonus considering we were in Eqypt. This hotel is worth every penny and the staff are very helpful. I will definately visit here again...

We stayed at the Mirabel for our Honeymoon just last week. Firstly I would say this Hotel was truely incredible. Clean beyond belief, beautiful surroundings, pools were gorgeous, staff were just great, everything you need is provided immediately and we could not fault this one bit!!
Food is lovely - We heard some people saying the food was not very good, but to be honest these people are Brits abroad who expect to eat fish and chips and pizza's everynight. If this is you then you may struggle, but if you are willing to try things the food is beautiful, all very well cooked.
The excursions...We booked 3 through Thompson - the Sanai by starlight experience (which was lovely, out in the desert, riding camels, BBQ with the Bedouin tribes and finally looking at stars and planets though the telescope), we also did a VIP cruise with snorkelling which was brilliant. And we also went to Cairo by road...which was fab!! It was a really long day but well worth it - very hot and the people including children who stand trying to sell things to you all the time get very irritating. The only bad experience we had was with a trip we booked through a company called the dive centre - this was the biggest mistake of the holiday!! They approached us at our sunbeds and advertised this trip as a half day glass bottomed boat trip - when we got there we had a little waiting about, then onto the boat - which was actually quite good, although only lasted 35 minutes. In total we were collected from out Hotel at 9am and got back to the Hotel at about 3pm but was spent mainly sat in the sun on a terrace waiting for another trip of scuba divers to finish so they could take us all to the hotels - i think they were trying to save themselves money by taking 3 lots of people together rather than just dropping us back at the hotel when our trip had finished...there were thousands of ants and our legs got really bitten aswell as us getting burnt in the sun all that time - we were really irritable and wanting to go home...but the staff kept saying 15 mins and we will take you back!! the trip was not related to the hotel nor thompsons in any way, and we would strongly advise you do not do an excursion with these people - they had 3 lots of people on 3 different excursions running all at once...meaning it was like a conveyor belt.
Overall - the holiday was out of this world - the hotel gorgeous, staff were perfect (especially the waiters in the buffet resturants). Sharm is lovely, you just need to remember that tipping is a way of life so take pelnty of £1's as not many places have small denomenations of the egyptian pound, and it is a shame not to show the people who have looked after you how grateful you are.
We will definately return to this hotel again, it was the best holiday i have ever been on.

we booked to go to the Jaz Mirabel Beach but it was very disappointing. The pillows smelled of old sweat and the towels were rough and had some hair on them. The place was quite a distant from the beach. The next morning we had a look at the Club part of this hotel and decided to pay the £240 to upgrade to stay in that part. We ended up with a room overlooking the sea and a huge balcony. We enjoyed our stay from there on in. After a few days, the food does become boring but all in all after the upgrade, we had a great few days.

I cannot believe some of the reviews on this site?? We visited the Mirabel beach on the 1st of April with our 14yr old daughter and 12yr old son for 2 weeks. On the day of our departure the volcano had started to play up so we ended up staying in Egypt for an extra week! During this time ALL of the staff at the hotel and the Thomson reps could not of been more helpful. We were transfered from the Mirabel beach for 2 nights as the german holiday makers that had booked were still arriving. Thomsons totally took care of us taking us by coach to a golfing resort which was lovely but not really suitable for children as this is a resort where confrences take place but we were kept all inclusive and informed by the reps twice a day of any news on our returning to the uk. After 2 nights we were transfered (To our delight) back to the Mirabel resorts this time to the Mirabel park! Same great service, staff, food etc. All I can say between the mirabel resorts is older children and relaxing go to the beach resort, younger children and kids clubs, discos go to the park resort (Either way they are ajoining)! To sum our holiday up we had 3 weeks in Egypt(for the price of 2)! Thompsons were FANTASTIC, The Mirabel resorts are BEAUTIFUL, our hotels were CLEAN,COMFORTABLE AND SPACIOUS, staff are FREINDLY AND HELPFUL, food is PLENTIFUL AND LOVELY and guess what...... 4 people, 3 weeks,3 different hotels in eygypt and NO UPSET STOMACHS! Go to egypt, go to the Mirabel resorts and definatly go with Thomsons they are great in a crisis and kept us all inclusive at no charge for the extra week we will never use another holiday company as believe me not everybody who stayed that extra week were as lucky as we were with Thompsons!

Just got back from a weeks break at this hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed it, staff are very friendly especially restaurant staff, food good and a wide variety. Place is huge and absolutely spotless.Beach is like shingle but its very nice on the beach as there was a nice breeze, the good thing was you can walk straight into the sea here and start snorkelling instead of having to walk down a jetty which you have to do in most places of sharm. We did the Cairo trip and was a tiring but very enjoyable day, we did the snorkelling cruise we didnt book through the reps we went through the dive centre on site they was cheaper for the same trip and we had a great day even had the pleasure of 10 dolphins swimming alongside our boat and showing off with their jumping skills( made my holiday) Most of all i recommend you to go out for an evening to soho square this place is beautiful very upmarket, no hassle from the locals(what you get in naama bay) and is a great relaxing chilled night out, has beautiful shops to browse, an ice skating rink a bowling alley ice bar oxygen bar and a dancing fountain all very classy im sure you will like this place if you want to get out of the hotel for a night. Entertainment in hotel isnt great but its there if you want to attend it. Anyway hope this helps and you all have a great time....take plenty of sun cream egypt is hot hot hot!!!!!!!
