Like most of the other reviewers I had booked All Seasons and been moved to this hotel in the back end of beyond....
a) Although a good size pool the maintenance of it was non existent. I wondered if it was ever cleaned. Tiling was broke everywhere. Not safe for kids. Nails on show on bridge.
b) Staff in restaurant and often at bar were rude and aggressive and reluctant to give you more than half of a cup (a tiny plastic cup) of 'unlimited drink'. ALSO NO ICE!!
c) Room was adequate, TV had 2 local channels. Beds changed daily and room cleaned well.
d) Shower was basic. Toilet looked dirty and seat needed replacing a long time ago.
e) No luggage storage for check-out.
f) Food was pretty awful, undercooked fish. Weird selection that did not taste good and ingredients/meat tasted cheap. We ended up just eating rice at lunch and we only ate dinner there once due to poor quality.
g) About 30mins to Namah bay so very costly.
h) Not enough sun loungers for all guests.
i) Staff lacked training and no where near international standard of service.
j) No entertainment apart from a ridiculously loud sound system that played repetitive and often inappropriate music at deafening volume.
k) No snacks served throughout day.
l) Reception staff lacked basic English.

Would not recommend, this really is a budget hotel with little to offer holidaymakers.

just got back from this hotel, in the middle of nowhere, rooms ok with squashed flies on wall, dodgy locks, leaking sinks. food was never hot, except the eggs. never known a bar without ice, it is 35 degrees hotter inside , warm/hot beer. didnt go down with the wildys somehow. shuttle bus to namma bay didnt exist, spent quite a bit on taxis cos of this. they need to sort out the pool, raised brickwork round the edges, nearly lost me foot 1 day. never go back this place and wouldnt recommend anyone, a lot needs doing to this hotel.

We booked the All Seasons Oasis from the 6th October for one week but were moved to the Zouara Hotel due to issues in the All Seasons.
The rooms which are a good size but they are basic and a little tatty. The shower leaked on to the main bathroom floor due to there being a gap in the seal around the shower tiles and we had to use a hair bobble to tie the shower head to the wall attachment.
The drinks were always warm and they ran out of most things long before 11 pm. These were served in plastic cups even in the dining room. One night they ran out of wine at 8pm!!
We complained daily to the Manager about the loud music and although he went and told the Animator to turn it down it was soon turned up again to full volume so that it distorted the music. Some of the songs played was extremely inappropriate both to respectable adults and children alike.
The restaurant, when asked, did improve the Breakfast by providing Fruit and Yoghurt to go with the reheated vegetables and mashed potatoes that they served. You could get an omelette, pancakes, variety of cakes and croissants as well.
We retreated to the beach several days to get away from the loud music but you had to be there early, before 9.30am or there wouldn't be any spare sun loungers. The snacks at the beach bar were good, I recommend the Chicken Sandwich, but of course you do have to pay for these.
The pool was impressive until you look closer and see the broken concrete edges and the loose bricks. The tiles on the bottom of the pool, where it slops, became very slippy so be careful. One or two people even cut their fingers and feet on sharp tiles while in the pool.
The pool bar finally opened on our 4th day which meant that we didn't have to traipse up the stairs and in to the hotel to get a warm beer.
Taxi's are needed to take you to the nearest shops and bars, if you want to see any nightlife.
The staff, on the whole, were very helpful, except for the Animator, who was rude and threatening. The Pool Boy who brought you the towels is lovely and always a smile and very helpful.
The whole area around this hotel looks as if it is under development with part finished buildings and lots of rubble and rubbish lying around.
The hotel came up short with a lot of our expectations but hopes that it will take these comments on board to make other peoples holiday there a lot more enjoyable.

We arrived at our original hotel the ' all seasons oasis' for a weeks holiday and was told this had been overbooked. We were told we would be upgraded to all inclusive at a superior hotel 'nearby' in hadaba. We were transferred to the zouara hotel in nabq bay, 45 minutes away from our orginal hotel, in the middle of nowhere, not a great start to our holiday. The hotel rooms although spacious are on the unclean side with stained linen. The hotel was sprayed at night time with insecticide without any warning. The pool is lovely but loud music was continually played throughout the day and night, We asked this to be turned down several times but to no avail. We couldnt hear each other speak to each other on our balcony. Staff also congregated at the corner of the pool and stared at the guests sunbathing, which was quite off putting. The food is awful, cold and repetitive, and my friend is still suffering with bad stomach a week later. The hotel ran out of wine every afternoon by about 5 pm when there were minimal guests in the hotel to warrant this. It got worse as more guests arrived, also rejected from the 'all seasons oasis' (which we now believe to be an 'egyptian only' hotel). When i questioned this I was told I had already had two glasses of wine during the day and seemed suprised that we would want more. The drinks were also served warm. Staff although friendly were flirtatious and sometimes inappropriate, we had been warned of this before coming to egypt, but its was uncomfortable to have this behaviour whilst eating your meal. The hotel runs a shuttle bus to the beach which lovely, where there was a hotel bar there which served drinks, and had snack bar area, but no food was ever available. We had to pay to travel to the local shops and restaurants, the driver tries to get as much money out of you as possible. The hotel is situated in the middle of a development site, with nothing for miles. Walking to the shops takes about 20 minutes down a dangerous road with rubble 6 ft high on either side and HGV's passing us. The hotel advertises a shuttle service to Naama bay for 3 egyptian pounds. However he refused to take us after us waiting for 40 minutes, as there was only 2 of us going and he wanted to charge us 200 egyptian pounds each way. As a guest in the hotel you feel isolated and frustrated. The hotel appeared not to be ready to receive guests but did start making changes to the service provided but unfortunatley this was too late for us as we were departing. The manager is very rude and wanted us to write a comment on tripadvisor when checking out, with him watching over us in his office, telling us to write a good review. When we said we would write the review from home as we did not like the pressure and that it wouldnt be a positive review, he became aggressive. Be warned! All inclusive finishes at 12pm on checkout day, so you are forced to purchase drinks and food from the hotel between this time and your departure time as there is nothing around. We also asked to have the use of a shower room before we departed after checking out and were given a disued hotel room with a filty bathroom, no towels, upturned beds, fire marks on sideboard and live wires on show. Our suitcases when left at reception after checking out were not stored securely and were on show to everyone. This is basic stuff for a hotel to provide properly.

We are very disappointed with what could have been a fantastic holiday in egypt which has been ruined by this hotel and the way we were treated by the hotel and the holiday company.

Our ideal holiday is to see culture, sunbathe in peace and have a quiet evening on our balcony with a glass of wine, a gossip and a book. All of which is unattainable in this hotel.

The quality is low but it fits its price. For those who prefer to save money, this hotel might be good enough. Room and pool as well as the environment all around are fine, but nutrition is poor (little choice and not very tasty). Concerning the beverages, only coke, water and alcoholic drinks are proposed. No fruits and pool bar is never working. The sea is far but still pool is enough.

rooms were dirty locks were broken, bed linen wasn t fresh, some food tasted rooten not mentioning cockroaches, at arrival we were asked if we wanted normal rooms or good rooms, we got good rooms by paying extra, but i think we got the worst rooms.some of the staff were sleezy. loud music is being played at the hotel all day long, but the swimming pool was nice and rooms were actualy very spacious, do not recommend this to anyone, the whole trip was not completely spoiled cz we were a good company, but couple of my friends got seriously sick at their stomach.
