“Nothing Special, really”
Review of Corjuem Fort

Corjuem Fort

Ideally, this place shouldn't be called a fort. It is a dilapidated broken down house with high walls. Even, by dimension it is small. Nothing worth seeing, dirty and abandoned.

This is a heritage site in goa there are many forts in goa and this is one of them it is not properlly maintained it is lying abondend but people do visit this place as it falls on the way to bicholim while going to bicholim from khorjuvem or aldona

one more intresting fact is that openable bridge is also just next to this fort to go to bicholim or mayem
which is one of its kind in whole india i think

I was the only one here, I presume because it's a bit out of the way, which made the experience all the more wonderful. The stones and walls have been taken over by moss, and there is a small altar inside the fort in which people seem to make offerings. If you're interested in the history of the Portuguese in Goa, this is definitely worth coming to. If you're not, skip it, as the views don't compare with the forts that are by the sea.
