“Perfect show to connect with the Indian culture and tradition.”
Reviewed 6 November 2013

Kathakali:
My family wife and kids (12 and 6 years each) were mesmerized by the artists who performed the Kathakali. The Kathakali artists wore very colorful, elaborate costumes supported by the percussionists who played Kali and Chendai, and an excellent singer. The play had more than 200 people - who were spell bound by the performance.
Kalaripayattu:
The second play was a demonstration of one of the oldest fighting systems practiced in Kerala. The team performed very dangerous strikes, kicks, handled weapons with strength and agility.
Its just 200 Rs. per person (4 USD) and the show is worth a 100$. Don't forget to go and handle those weapons and get pictures with the artists after the show.

“cultural Kerala”
Reviewed 23 October 2013

We attended both the shows-Kathakali and the martial arts. The show was good but the Kathakali could be shortened a bit or have a English narration during the show also. The martial arts show was fantastic with the performers doing daredevil stunts not to be missed.
