We had gone to Nashik for the weekend and stayed at the IBIS Nashik. We got an excellent deal through Cleartrip, which was 30% cheaper than what others were offering. The hotel is a typical business hotel, nothing fancy, but very clean and comfortable. We opted for the Room with Breakfast, along with complementary WIFI.
The hotel is quite conveniently located and is close to Sula and York Vineyards. It is also close to Someshwar Temple and waterfalls and if you want to eat something, you can go to College Road, which is not too far off.
IBIS has a deal with Sula, which provides for complementary Wine Tour and 4 wine tasting, though you have to specifically ask for it at the reception.
The only negative would be the breakfast, as the Waffles I tried were actually sour and limp, though that doesn't mean the breakfast by itself was bad, just that it could have been better.
