We stayed here for a day.nice clean rooms. Food was good and had lot of variety.
Rooms were fantastic with all ameneties.
View from the hotel is not that great.
Hotel staff were courteous. Although thry charged me 100 rs for a glass that my two year old daughter broke. I am writimg this because i have never seen others charging for these petty things.

Me and my wife went to Kodaikanal for my wedding anniversary and stayed here on 11th and 12th august (Two nights/three days). Room is spacious, looks good and average maintance. Bedsheets are not good and safe is not working and we asked them and immediately they have changed. Breakfast is ok and Dinner is average and should have more options in buffet along with some live counters. Since they are charging high should have more f&b options.

Impressed with Quick Check-Inn and Checkout process, but fo team should have more information about travel desk other city site seeing information. Service is ok and food is average. Had a good sleep and beds are ok.

The resort is far (around 5Km) from Lake and other main attractions of Kodai and kodai bustand and other main beautiful parks. Room rate is high and not worth paying good and staying away from main attractions. Overall Ok and not much impressed.

Room Tip: Ground floor is close to reception and no ventilation, better in 1st floor..no other option

Clean rooms and prompt service. The linen was clean and the room a little small but very functional. We had room service for dinner and the food was quite good. Overall a really good deal given the price. A very good option for a quiet, comfortable stay in Kodai. I will come back to this hotel again.

Room Tip: Our rooms did not have a view, but i am told that the rooms on the first floor have a good view.

We used this hotel for 2 nights and wouldn't recommend it.As we had booked a room for 3 persons we had expected to find beds for 3 persons, however there was just 1 double so we asked management to correct this to which their response was to throw a matress and a damp douvet on to the floor.I then contacted our tour operator who dealt with the hotel management for us and we did eventually [90mins] get an additional bed.The hotel was a distance from the centre of Kodai and not within walking range. The breakfast was adequate and the room a bit dusty and quite small.Would look elsewhere if we returned to Kodai

Set a little away from the hustle and bustle of the town, we were pleasantly surprised by the ambiance and facilities of this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and service in the restaurant was outstanding. We stayed for 3 nights and the buffet offered a good variety each evening. We would choose to stay at this hotel again.

While I was trying to make a reservation in Kodai, I was wondering why a Quality Inn property is lowly rated on Trip Advisor. Sadly, the time was short, and I did not have a choice and I booked this hotel. While the saying goes as "make hay while the sun shines", the hotel charged me for everything and their tariff was exhorbitant. The day I was leaving, made sure I reconfirmed the booking over phone. Sadly, when I reached there, i was shocked to hear their rooms were not ready, as they did not have linen. I then decided to have lunch, which would give them half hour for readying the room, which was done. Once i reached the room, i was shocked to find torn linen and had to complain and wait till evening to replace. The saving grace was the service at the restaurant,

The rooms was dingy and one would die for lack of air...I had 2 nights of disastrous sleep (if you may call it though). The linen not replaced, Food average.

The worst was yet to come. I had to check out by 6 am in the morning, and when i went down to enquire and check if everything is ok, they gleefully admitted that only cash would be accepted as their Credit card machine was not working. I then had to speak to the manager and mention that I cannot withdraw cash now..

Luckily, the CC machine started working the next day morning.

Now you may decide..

Room Tip: If at all you do end up here, ask for a room facing the front of the hotel...that would be the best...
