Stellar Location, Exemplary Service

To all who are thinking of travelling to Ayutthaya, look no further than Kantary Hotel.

From check-in till checkout I was greeted with a smile and fantastic hospitality which was akin to feeling at home.

Was upgraded without even asking to a One Bedroom Suite, as it was available and the breakfast was sufficient and of international standard.

Kudos to all staff who truly go the extra mile to make your stay as pleasurable as possible, including taking additional time to personally mark out the exact locations that are a must visit in this historical town of Ayutthaya.

You must use the Jacuzzi on the 16th floor. One of the best experiences I have had and it far surpassed some of the 5 star hotels I have stayed at across the world.

Highly recommended for family as well as business travellers as it's close to everything and the hotel staff are gems to say the least.

Good place to family vacation.

Full facilities ( oven, kitchen equipments included, washing machine included) comforted bed in very large room. Very good service mind. Perfect breakfast. Cleaned room and safe policy for covid 19. Location is on the gate to the Ayutthaya city

Excellent facility and service.

Clean & spacious room. Polite, attentive, friendly staff. Hygienic atmosphere. Full variety of tasty meals at breakfast buffet. Comfortable room. Nice swimming pool. Good guest’s lounge. High quality bakery goods.

Meh. It’s okay.

It’s okay. The two bedroom suite is very nice, although it was not cleaned exceptionally well. It was tidy but there were hairs left in both bathrooms and insects in the shower. The service is clipped and not impressive. Buffet breakfast was average. It does the job but for the price I had hoped for more - especially after covid closures. Asked for a latte - ‘not included in price’ okay I’ll pay then - ‘sorry the machine is broken’ Ah…Nothing around the area other than a tired mall. That isn’t the fault of the hotel but the lack of service is something they could do something about.

Excellent service.

Excellent staff services, I came to Ayutthaya with my friends and asked for changing from 2 suite studio rooms to suite family rooms. We got it with no more expenses. Many thanks from 4 of us. We were very happy with clean room and all facilities.
