Perfect location on the north part of Phra ae beach. Simple huts with fan, mosqitonet and coldwater shower. They dont clean the huts if you dont ask for it, but if you ask its no problem. The restaurant wich is called Thai Cat is great, every dish we tryed tasted fantastic. Many people comes here from all over Lanta to eat. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We styed here for two weeks and realy enjoyed our st

Awesome!
We loved the staff and in a month and a half of backpacking around Thailand, this was the place we loved the most!
The room is simple and we had to ask to clean it from time to time because they don't come into the room every day. Our stayed was extremely cheap and the wifi was working great at the reception.
Try the food at the restaurant!!!!! The grilled fish of the day and its thai dressing are amazing..and not spicy ;D!!!

The thing that was absolutely outstanding was the staff! We fell like home. Everybody, from the waiters to the masseuse to the "Captain" were extremely friendly, always smiling, and genuine. The girls that do the massages were so fantastic that my boyfriend and I had a massage every day for 10 days!!! Tha Captain (Dilok) was like a friend and we can't wait to come back and visit him!
If you go to Koh Lanta and you want the best side of the Thai spirit go to Seapearl Lanta Cottage! You will find it here and you will come back :D

Originally I had booked into funky fish but wasn't happy so moved here. The staff were so friendly here saying hi and good morning which was really nice . Bee was really friendly :) the rooms were basic but really clean and cute little huts - probably the best huts I've ever stayed in :) it rained the whole time I was in koh lanta . But thank you for making my stay sea pearl . They have cute little bures on the beach where you can eat on the beach which is really nice .

I stayed three nights here late in march...the location could not be better..Its in the north end of long beach and it rather feels like a part of klong dao....
The shower is so and so,but its still ok...
When it comes to the personal working there then I am in two minds...they are polite and nice talking to but it still leaves room for improvement..
The reception should open 07.00 but its rather after 07.30,its only half an hour but if you have stuff there and the lady that we woke up 07.30 did not had the right key ,and the mini-bus is waiting then the fun is not so great anymore we had to leave the items...

The price of 600 bath is to high for this standard 400 or 450 would be the right price...
The so called long stay discount is only applied if you pay month/month..
They even seems to charge different price for different customers..

Here the owner play a smart role hi tells the customer to speak to the reception stuff and the reception stuff have their directives so no discount...

The restaurant is famous and customers seems to arrive from quite far away, but Its nothing special with it the food we had was ok not more the price was as always on resorts to high, but
the thing that caught my wifes ears (she is thai so she understand what they say) was the complaining from the owner to the waitress both on their work but also when customers took their time eating,it was all the time like" ok" clean up as soon as possible when the customer either finish their plates or just take a break in eating, and showing without saying that "leave the table as soon as you have finished, and complaining in thai if they dont do it, to the service-staff...
It was a more friendly and relaxing place when a man called Dung was there (his father owned the place then) and I know them all since they had merry beach resort in klong dao...

will I return ???? I don´t know...!!!

If you can survive without all the western luxury like fridge, aircon, tv etc.... and you don't want to pay too much for a room you just sleep in because you're on the road (or beach) all day.... This is the place!!!! The cottages are clean and just a few meters from the beach. Sea pearl cottages are related to Thai Cat which is one of the best beach restaurants in Ko Lanta. We visited many places on Lanta but there is no place (not even in the world) where the staff is this friendly and helpfull.
