I'd recommend doing this to any wannabe/delusional chef in the making. The head chef "Toey" is as gay as Christmas and obviously loves what he does. He also loves striking the same pose in each and every photo, a pose he has obviously worked on for some time. To the food we did spring rolls, pad Thai, and Tom yam soup. All turned out delicious despite the wives insistence of chilli being the dominating theme. Would do again on another day to learn another dish however if you have affection for your knuckle hair keep the utensils away from the direct heat of the wok.
