An amazing hotel on a lovely island.
The hotel grounds are fantastic like having a hotel in the middle of a tropical rainforest. The staff are discrete but excellent. The infinity pool has a view of the sunset that is so picturesque.
The dive company on site operate to a high standard. The spa is beautiful with a waterfall running through the grounds. The restaurants are good but a bit overpriced for Thailand. The cooking lessons were however great fun.
The only downside for some people would be the number of steps between the various places from our apartment to the beach it was 180 steps. This did not bother us but it might be an issue if you have difficulties with stairs.
The only thing I did not like about the hotel provided wedding guests with an elephant ride to their reception. If you knew what they did to the elephants to train them to carry people you would never ride one, especially to the happiest day of your life.
But that aside a very nice hotel just say no to the elephant.
