New, clean, fresh, elegant, and absolutely amazing! The decor is really nice and the ambiance is so chill and relaxed, a true getaway.

The customer service is not up to par due to some language barrier.

The restaurant is not that good. Edible.

Breakfast is pretty much standard.

This resort is really gorgeous and well kept that it lets me overlook its shortfalls. Absolutely loved it.

Don't leave anything in the room when u check out, it will be GONE!

I and my bf spent 3 nights in twin lotus. The check in place looks lovely! Seems most hotels hv their check in place in the open air^^ Our room is a little far from the beach, and it tooks us about 7mins walking from our room to the beach which is tolerable,haha..The resort looks exceptionally beautiful at night which one should not miss!! Upon our arriving day,we booked our next 2 days speedboat trip (4 islands and Koh Rok,1700 Baht/each) with the help from the receptionists. There was a little trouble ordering mini van thr phone occasionally, and we do need an extra small table for putting on stuffs and the 2 single beds seperated my bf and I,haha..i do want to share a big bed with him,so be careful when booking the rooms for couples. The speed boat trip was excellent, and the staffs are all very caring and considerate! My first time swimming in the sea was very memorable^^ I saw many sea creatures...mmm,i do miss them now~! Well, the place could be a good catch for ur stay in Lanta!

We had booked a deluxe room, but were upgraded to a garden villa. This was good since the actual hotel-rooms are quite far away from the beach & the restaurant.

The villas are nice, as is the whole resort, nice looking pools (we never use them) - the gardens seem also to be ready now. You get good bikes for free, so it actually would not matter to have a room further away. We stayed there two weeks in the end of Nov/beginning of Dec, and the whole resort was max. 10% occupied. So all was really (too) quiet. They also have overpriced everything, and that was propably the reason why no-one was at the bar etc. One beer at the bar was 120 baths, 50m. away at the beach 60 bth. Massage 800 bth, 50m away 300bth etc....

A nice place for a quiet vacation.

Room Tip: If you are planning to pay for a "beach-front" villa, make sure it is with a view and on t...

After a somewhat bad experience at a different resort on Koh Lanta, my boyfriend and I packed our bags and took a chance by randomly choosing Twin Lotus for the rest of our stay on the island. We barely looked up the hotel beforehand, but upon arriving, we knew we had made the right choice.

We were picked up in a golf cart and taken to the beautiful outdoor reception. Check-in was made easy and we were served cooling refreshments. We were then dropped off at our stunning beachfront villa. As we walked in, we were amazed beyond words. Modern, beautiful, spacious! Everything we could ask for, and more.

The next seven days were as relaxing as can be; the staff was friendly and helpful, all the facilities were clean, the pool was not crowded (although we did stay here at the end of low season, could have something to do with it).

The breakfast was delicious (especially the homemade banana jam, yummy!), the banana shakes were perfect on a hot sunny day by the pool, and the dinner food was great too.

Felt so luxurious, wouldn't hesitate to come back if we pass by Koh Lanta again.

Note: the earlier reviews of this resort aren't really relevant anymore as the resort has been renovated since, from what I understand.

Room Tip: The beachfront villas are amazing!

My boyfriend and I stayed here in August 2013. Both thai and western food was very good. Service was also excellent, staff were friendly and spoke english, everything clean and new. Beautiful property, good pool, and the our favorite place in Thailand! We would definitaley go back just to stay here again!

I and my wife check in for few nights. I understand that it is currently low season but the quality of service does'nt gave to be low as well! Front office was actually a big help when you ask something in the front desk personally but what I dont understand is about asking for something thru Phone Service really sucks! Especially if you are outside and phone them! It will take much time for them to answer and pick up tge calls which you need to ask certain information. I was thinking of what are they doing with the phone. maybe playing with another department and doing chit chat! Dont waste your time for asking something thru phone. Good thing the FO Manager can speak well English and attentive to wht the guests needs. Other than that other staff are friendly but theres language barrier.
