We stayed here towards the end of a tour of Thailand, but it was by far our favourite! Its very small (only 6 or 7 bungalows?) but that just lent towards the intimate feel of the place.
No evening entertainment that we know of, just a nice quiet little restaurant that served breakfast, lunch and dinner should you wish. But there are a row of a few beach side bars and restaurants right next door, and its an 15-20 minute gentle walk up to the main drag where there are plenty more establishments to choose from. Sunni at the main desk was very friendly and welcoming, she helped us organise hiring a scooter for the day which was great fun - pootling around the islands roads! She also helped us organise our taxi back to Krabi on our last day.
Its a 10-15 minute walk also to one of the island's main attractions - Lanta Animal Welfare! A must visit for animal lovers, go and help out and walk the dogs!
All in all an amazing, relaxed little haven on a beautiful island - a little slice of paradise.More
