Our stay was seriously ruined as the hotel staff ripped us of through the mini bar. We had 10 sodas but was forced to pay for 50. The manager was very rude and threatening. In addition the hotel is quite remote and you quickly get tired of the food at the restaurant. We cannot recommend this hotel

The Place is beautiful, but that is about all they can offer here. For every little thing we ordered, the bill was presented to us expecting payment at the same time, in order to eat or drink, you have to walk around With Money at all time, there is no chance of collecting the bills and pay afterward. The lobby/reception is the sole reason why we decided to move from this Place, they have some Learning to do when it comes to customer service and friendly attitude. I am surprised that the owner don`t take action after all the feedback they get from their guests regarding this poor service which is essential in this industry.

Room Tip: Be aware of the long road up to villas on the top of the hill.

We stayed here for a couple of days and wish we could have stayed longer. Away from the craziness of the full moon party it was close enough to attend but far enough to leave the madness behind. The 3 level infinity pool over looking the ocean was gorgeous. The staff were friendly and the rooms beautiful. We had our own private pool as well which was wonderful. The place was a little tired but still very nice. You are however pretty restricted to the hotel as there's not much close by. Ideal for rest and relaxation with a good book. I would recommend this hotel.

My husband and I stated here as part of our honeymoon. The location is beautiful. If you are looking for 5 star luxury this isn't for you. We stayed in a private pool villa. Once I got over the fact it was a bit old and in need of some renovations, it was pretty beautiful. Yes some of the service was slow, but if your a couple that arnt too fussed on if the sheets are 1000 thread count and like the simple quite side of Island life, I would recommend
We had a beautiful stay.

I'l start by saying I'm not someone that moans! I read the reviews before I left for my holiday and based the bad ones upon people who where not easily pleased, I'm easily pleased however it was far from perfect! The staff are definitely unfriendly and not welcoming, everything you asks seems 'too much' We where at the top of a huge steep hill, it was not easy to get up and a struggle for a fit and healthy young couple, so be warned!! The room was nothing like what we expected and seemed dirty and full of small bugs! Don't waste your time on breakfast however the restaurant food is good. Although we were disappointed with the accommodation we still managed to enjoy our 5nights stay the location is perfect as in the evening you can walk onto the beach and have various bars and restaurants to choose from.
