“Its was a great stay in FMP period there and will come back again”
Reviewed 22 June 2011

I stayed here 4 nights and had a Hillside Budget Fan bunglow. Its was a good bunglow. They gave me alot of complimentry things like two brushs, shampoo, toilet paper 4 rolls etc.
I recption staf was very excellents and the ladies working there was very good and funny. They became my good friend>she offered me a glass of juice also while checking in.
Its a Birth of FMP so the location is the best for FMP lovers like me.
Also they mamnaged me lomprayah ticket to get to the URT airport with taxi 0f 100B.
Also there a cyber cafe over they which can let you be connected with family.
I will recommend this hotel.
I booked this hotel on swasdee.com.I only website where you can book this bunglow.
Also i would like to suggest you that please book 4-6 month in advance in this bunglow or any other bunglow otherwise it will be a problem there as all good ones are prebooked.
I will surely come back.

We got stuck with this hotel as a last minute booking as so many of the hotels along Hadd Rinn were booked out for the NYE Full Moon Party.

We booked here and did find out however that we had been ripped off we were told we could only book for 7 nights when most people in other rooms had booked for 3 nights.

The room is standard but comfortable. We stayed in the main block in a standard room.
We had one large double bed i would even say a queen size bed and a king single bed.
We also had an LCD tv & bathroom with bath/show & toilet.

Positives - The room is cheap for what you get and considering other rooms i saw in hotels/huts along Hadd Rinn all rooms were nearly the same. The underneath restaurant has great cheap food & drinks & the staff are always very helpful you can even do your washing downstairs. The hotel is where the original full moon party started so it's right on the beach of Hadd Rinn "Full Moon Party"

Negative - Toilet kept constantly being blocked so we were told to use as little as possible toilet paper hmm 3 girls not as easy.. One of the men had to keep coming up with a tree stick and all to unblock the toilet.
There is no room service in this hotel which drove me balisitic ! Sand constantly in our beds as it would always be all over our floors i find a broom outside which i kept in the room and would constantly sweep the room in the morning and night each day and make our beds. The bathroom i would have to hose the floors and bath tub with the shower head to remove all the sand.
Bathroom constantly smelt like sewer which some days especially hot days was terrible as it would go through the room.
We would open windows which had no screen so we had bugs etc coming in, so we got an insect repellent candle one night we had to leave it on as the window had to stay open for the room to air out but by mistake one of us turned over and the dooner caught on fire this cost us $150 aud to replace on checkout.
Also so easy to break into these room and balconies have no privacy. There's also a big pit outside the room which is just dirt and dogs always hang around here fighting.

This hotel was definitely an experience. But i will be back here for NYE 11' as a whole group of us will be booking up nearly the whole main complex. Due to the fact that if you book directly through the hotel you don't have the 'min 7 days compulsary booking' luckily this time we will only be here for 2nights. Just enough for me.

And obviously your room will be shaking from the music when full moon party goes on but honestly you know your getting yourself into this when you book a hotel along the beach at Hadd Rinn the music goes on up until about 9-10am and i truely mean your room is shaking we had the room closest the beach and right near where they have the DJ and speakers well WOW. but when we stepped outside to our balcony we did have great views of the beach haha.

I would like to thank the staff tho for being very kind and helpful to us.

Room Tip: Stay in the main complex, bungalows look scary

Great accomodiation if you get one of the big new rooms. They are huge, clean, have ac, a tv and a great balcony! I stayed with 4 other friends in one room and there was plenty of room! The old bungalows opposite however are a different story! Its well worth paying the extra bit of money for a much better stay! Great for over full moon period, or even just to be close to a beach wth good nightlife! There are also lots of good little restaurants and cheap places to eat along with shops etc. I would highly recomment the a/c rooms but not the bungalows.

I was very disappointed when i arrived here , after the amazing bungalows i had been staying at all over the thailand - my bungalows was yes not to far from the beach but your view is off a construction zone .... no they are not building just mess left all over the place - staff are far from friendly although the quite gardeners are fantastic ... I would say if you really have to stay here then pick the hill top ones there nicer ... although great location for full moon as it is at the very end of the beach - There are loads of awesome bungalows for even 200 bht which are better then these over priced ones... easy to find a place when you get there
