We stayed 11th, 12th and 13th August, in a beach front bungalow. The bungalow was beautiful, lots of polished wooden, the bathroom was clean and the room plenty big enough for a couple. It was nice just to sit on your own balcony watching out the ocean. There are other cheap eats along the beach if you wish to pick and choice your dinning or you can eat at Shambhala. The beach front bungalow was reasonably priced. Please note that swimming at this time of year is very tidal and not possible at low tide. Hire a scooter and venture out for the day head north, south, east. The owner was in residence whilst we were there, made us laugh at his Swiss efficiency in a Thai system, he made us feel very welcome and even took us to the ferry.
Given that you are not able to put paper in the toilet I would like to have seen the waste bins emptied daily, other then that I was quite happy not to have our room cleaned during our stay here.More
