“Great Food”
Reviewed 19 February 2014 via mobile

Everything we ordered was great and service was just perfect. If you are a garlic lover, you will thoroughly enjoy their bruschetta. The greek salad was also delicious with a hearty portion of feta cheese. The tuna seemed to have been perfectly seared with a thick crust of black pepper around the edge. Tiger prawn shrimp was very tasty and the wine was good. Thanks for beginning some delicious Mediterranean food to Koh Phangan!

“Delicious home made ice cream, amazing local food!”
Reviewed 25 January 2014

I heard the lady of this place practically teaches other cooks on the island to make thai food. We've been on the quest for the best green curry and this place has it - better than TA #1 Beach lounge!
Great portions, great taste.

The ice cream is wonderfully local and popular, ranging from the obvious but superb coconut to sweet corn and taro along with the basic favorites.

There was a sale sign on the front and thats why i thought it would be important to let people know of this place. I hope somebody continues the great success story they obviously have written, since there were also lot of locals stopping for lunch or picking up boxes of ice cream.

“Over priced & small meals”
Reviewed 13 January 2014 via mobile

Obviously better than some of the food you can find in the area. But defiantly not value for money. My partner ordered burger and chips and got a grand total of 8 fries on his plate. When we asked the manager if it was possible to get some more, she replied with 'it will be extra 200' We waited over 40 minutes for the food and they only had another 4 tables in at the time. As the Thai people have been so accomadating over the last 4 years we have been coming here, this was defiantly one of the most poorest and least value for money in regards to a 'chefs god' restruant we have been too. We felt ripped off and slightly gutted as the reviews are good. Defiantly wouldn't go back, we actually went to the food markets after and got a better meal.

“Surprisingly good food in a small backpacker alley in Tsong Sala”
Reviewed 23 December 2013

The chef is educated on different Western hotels, including working on the Greek Island, Santorini. Inspiration is of course coming from here and this can be seen in his fish selection(s). Also the presentation of the food on the plate is taken from the Western style. Very tasty food at an average price level (expensive if on backpack trip). We will be back.
